He showed up right on time. Job was completed within an hour.

I backed up in to my garage door and bent it. I was then difficult to open and close. I called Capital and they came to my house quickly
and reviewed the damage. He gave me an estimate for repair and various types of

The price was exactly as the estimate was written. Two garage doors were installed on the date and time agreed upon. The work was completed professionally and the cleanup was complete as he removed the old doors and hardware.

I placed an "emergency" call on Saturday evening because the cable connecting one of my garage door springs broke and I could not get the door up to get my car out of the garage. I received a return call within one hour. We arranged for the repair to take place on Sunday morning (Mothers' Day) at 9 AM. Within less than 1/2 hour the job was finished. The work was fast, first-rate, and very reasonable. I highly recommend Capital Overhead Door!!

Nice guy. Knew what he was doing. However had to call him to remind him to send us an invoice so we could get a part from the manufacturer under warranty. He called and canceled the appointment for an estimate for the installation of a garage door in my daughter's house. He was going to reschedule however we have not heard from him since so no work was actually performed. However, we haven't called him back either, so we bear some responsibility here as well. We would still probably try to use him again since we have not had particularly good results with other garage door contractors including going through Lowes' contractors for garage doors (no call backs; Lowes continually losing record of transactions, etc.)

John was running late due to circumstances beyond his control; he CALLED me to let me know that and offered to come another day, or come later in the day, whichever was good for me. When he arrived he was all set to go- knew exactly what he was doing, worked steadily to get it done. Very friendly, very professional and very competent. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jonh showed up as promised. Saw that the garage door was uneven and he suggested and replaced the springs and the pulleys. He also suggested the use of a special lubricant to keep the door operating smoothly. Completed wrok in less than a half hour. Guaranteed the work and said he would come by the end of any day he was contacted.

It was a pleasure to deal with John. He gave us a great estimate and stuck by it. He didn't try to push more expensive doors or accessories on us, which we really appreciated. He came the morning of a significant snowstorm and had everying installed in about 3-4 hours, as promised. The doors look and work great, I would definitely recommend Capital Overhead Doors to anyone else looking for the same service.

He was quick and professional and said to call if I had any type of problem I did not get quotes from other people so do not know if the price was inline with others, but the quality and service were worth it.

Garage Door spring broke Friday night. Called on Saturday morning. Scheduled for same saturday afternoon. Installer actually arrived 20mins early. Had the spring in his truck. Replaced the spring, adjusted the cables, and oiled the hinges in about half an hour. Very professional, friendly and prompt. Highly recommended.

John, from Capital Overhead Doors, arrived within 2 hours of my call, made the necessary repairs while explaining what had gone wrong, and made several recommendations for the future with respect to automatic overhead doors.

I contacted John last a week ago and he came as scheduled, diagnosed and fixed the doors right on the spot. He carries lots of materials for that kind of work on his panel truck.

I HAVE HAD THEM BEFORE TO DO OTHER WORK ON THE OLD DOORS. THEY ARE TERRIFIC. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND THAT IS WHY I CALLED THEM BACK. HE IS A NICE GUY AND HE DOES HIS OWN WORK, IT IS HIS OWN BUSINESS. IT IS A SMALL COMPANY AND HE IS THE OWNER, BOSS AND EVERYTHING.

HE DID A VERY NICE JOB. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. MY DOORS OPEN AND CLOSE THE WAY THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. WE DID OUR RESEARCH AND THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO EVERYONE ELSE.
