"Member, we guarantee all of the work we do, whether it is a small repair, or an entire house. The reason we recommended a new roof be installed is because it is very difficult for us to guarantee a roof repair on a roof such as yours. Our apologies we didnt call for two weeks to schedule the work. As you stated in your report, you called to cancel the work after waiting two weeks, there is no reason why we would try and schedule the repair at that point. I wouldn't exactly call that "refusing" to schedule the work. As far as "fighting" for your deposit back, we charge and refund cards on a schedule. Which explains why it took a little bit for the card to be both charged and then refunded. I am sorry to hear that you wouldn't use us in the future, we do strive for complete customer satisfaction. We have thousands of happy customers that we do work for on multiple occasions. I wish you the best on future projects you have completed on your home."
