Cleaned up perfectly. Was completely satisfied.
These guys did an excellent job from beginning to end! The crew showed up first thing in the morning, and went right to work. They functioned very well as a team, and worked safely and efficiently. They put a lot of effort into not messing up the lawn, driveway and cleaned up as they worked. They all had a great attitude and were focused on making sure I was satisfied. I would recommend them unconditionally
Its too bad you couldnt have just done the right thing and finished the job. I dont normally post on social media sites but felt compelled to do so in this case to warn others. Based on your response to my original post where you write "the original estimate changed when you kept that tree up to point where it was left" My question is when can I expect my refund? If the estimate changed for less work done, which was never communicated and also did not reflect in what I was charged because I paid you the same amount as the original estimate, I must be entitled to a refund!
"On the original day of service you and a your husband agreed with the employees to leave the light on tree by pool this why the tree stayed. The employees don't suggest anything if it is harmful or dangerous. The original estimate changed when you kept that tree up to point where it was left. So when the job was completed you were very happy and no complaints. When you called back about the tree that you thought about weeks later expected this company to take down for free. The person who went there told you $50 to remove and $400 to split the wood. You told him I got someone for $400. He told you he had to send a couple of guys there to remove the tree and split the wood that is what his estimate was.. You expected this crew to go there for nothing when you changed the original estimate. That isn't fair to the company to say negative things when people are out there working as hard as you do for there living. You agreed to the original estimate and you changed that estimate when you left the one tree higher than then original quote.. We are sorry you are unhappy. We did a great job for you the original estimate where you and your husband were happy. You were looking for this company to do something for nothing. Since you decided to keep the tree that changed everything. The company had no problem taking the tree down since all wood was staying. You and your decided to switch up original plans after knowing that the tree could be beneficial around the pool. We could only suggest things, as a homeowner this was your final decision to leave the tree as is. So the first estimate got voided after you decided to keep that tree by pool. Our company is reliable and responsible. Sorry again that you and your husband feel dissatisfied weeks later. But remember you were very happy with them on the original job."

Their responsiveiness was great and was only rate "A" even the appointment was rescheduled once due to a broken chipper wish was beyond their control

"Sorry you didn't use our services. But you did receive your money back from Angie regarding the promotion. I did explain to you on the phone a head of time that we would come in and give a price and then minus what the promotion fee was. You just were unhappy with our quote, and we do apologize for that. We are usually right on target with our prices"
I called Big R Tree Service and left a message. Bonnie returned my call promptly and the same day sent Joey, her nephew, over to the house to give an estimate.
Joey was very courteous to my father and I.
When I called Bonnie back to tell her that my father wanted to hire them, I also explained to her that my parents were elderly and she assured me that everything would be handled and my father should call her with any questions or concerns that he may have.
Three men came the next day. My parents watched them work and said each man knew what to do and they all worked systematically together. The tree was approximately 30-40 ft. tall and the job was complete within 2 hours.
My parents could not have been more pleased.
They even took away some large branches my father had in the back yard away for him.
In addition, they initially refused to take the tip they were offered but, my father insisted.
Thank you Ron, Joey and your additional helper and Bonnie for a great job and paying respect to my parents.
They very much appreciated it and so did I.
P.S. The cost was so fair especially for retired seniors on a fixed income.

"We do apologize that we didn't get there the day we said we would. The weather turned out worse than it was that morning, when you called to confirm. The men did go out, but when it was time to get to your residence the weather was just not cooperating. I did call and speak to your wife. I told her we apologize but the weather just made things worse to remove the tree. I told her we would make her the first job in the am. We did and removed the tree as planned. Again we are sorry that the weather messed up the original day."
