Excellent, did'not have an appointment, just came in the morning, worked my car into their schedule, called me early afternoon with estimate, was finished later in day, picked back up that night. Will be back.

He is honest and does good work. He gave me an estimate and he gave me a suggestion. He is not just out to make a buck. He has always been there for us. He changed a ball joint for me one time.

Typically it takes a couple of days to get an appointment for any major work.
Once they had diagnosed the problems, they were able to get parts and still complete the work in one day.
They had always been accomodating and helpful and keep you informed if they run into any other necessary repairs alon the way.

They are very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I have been personal friends for a long time. I have always recommended them to others.

They're an outfit I have done business with for over 40 years. For automotive repair, that's where I go. The reason I don't go now is the car I have now, all the service work is done by the dealer, but, my wife does, she still uses High Mills Garage. Based on my experience, I have utilized them for 40 years, ever since the fall of 1968. They have been in the same family, but, the son-n-law owns and manages it. It was a reasonable price for the work that they did. Their price is reasonable, but, sometimes, you wind up paying more than you have to pay. The reason why we go there, is the work we got done, couldn't have got done for a less expensive price. We want it done right, we don't them to rush the job, and we want the problem fixed. You get the job done right the first time, you don't have to go back, that's the Hallmark, and that's why I've been going back for 40 years.

We arrived for our appointment and our car was immediately taken in. The necessary work was properly done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. This is the only non-dealership garage (other than a quick lube place) with which we have done business in more than 40 years. High Mills has the same high reliability and quality of service as it had when we first took our cars there in 1968. We expect to continue using their services as long as they are in business and we are driving.

They got us in as soon as they had an opening the next day. They did the job and truck was ready the following day.

I wasn't getting the gas milage my car was supposed to and the owners manual said I didn't need a tune up for another 25,000 miles. I knew something was not right. I got one quaote from a auto service for over $500. Some friends recommended High Mills Garage and said very positive things about the owner and the service. So I decided to give them a try. They did an outsanding job and my car has great gas milage once again. I will be using their services in the future for all my vehicles and my company vehicles.
