We have used Thomas' Pest to remove wasp nest and to trap moles. Then hired to perform quarterly inspection. All service men have been promoted and reliable. Recently Zachery has been doing the service. He us so thorough, inside and outside. We are now confident any mouse problem has been taken care of. Definitely hire Thomas' to take care of any pesky pests.

The Thomas' Pest Control employee arrived on time, assessed the situation, and completed the work quickly. He sprayed a powder (environmentally friendly) into the two holes leading to the yellow-jacket nest. He then went back to assess how the yellow-jackets were responding and noted that they were getting covered with the power and were starting to die. He let me know that it could take up to 7-10 days to take full effect but that I should check in a few days and let them know if I was still seeing a lot of activity. He spent some time with me answering my questions to and was very knowledgeable. With the Angie's List discount, it came to $179 and had a 30 day guarantee.

While having work done by a contractor Carpenter ants were found and work was stopped until they could be controlled. I called Thomas Pest Control on Monday evening. They were there to give me an estimate Tuesday morning and did the job at 2pm that same day. They spotted a bees nest and took care of that too. Bees returned and they came back and got rid of them on Thursday. Great, GREAT service.

Rich was great. He explained everything to us as he went along and he safely removed both nests.

Family Pest Services is terrific! I wholeheartedly recommend them! The guys who have serviced both my brother’s rental property and my mom’s house have been incredibly professional, reliable, courteous and thorough! I’m fact, it was due to the sharp eyes of one member of Jack’s team (Matt), that we learned that there are *also* carpenter *bees*(! Who knew! Never heard of such a thing!) on the front porch of my brother’s property. We are so grateful to have discovered this before more damage was sustained!

The fan was getting replaced in about a month and I didn't want the roofers to have to deal with a nest. They removed the nest and put mesh over the opening so nothing could get in again.

First visit did not work. They came back out within 2 business days and successfully exterminated the burrow. Excellent customer service, both by phone and in person.

Sales rep came and gave estimate of quarterly treatment to keep wasps from forming nests and keep at bay, made appointment before leaving on my approval. Technician arrived on time was very personable and thorough. Sprayed around windows and eves on 2nd story so stinging insects didnt just move up from foundation and 1st floor treatment. Im counting on future treatments being as good and thorough. Cost was $149 quarterly recurring maintenance charge or $596/yr

Having recently bought a neglected and unloved house, among the many projects we had included termite eviction. I was pretty freaked out about the whole thing so I got a couple of quotes. Bob from Thomas was my tech and was he thorough! He looked in closets, in the garage, got his hands in the soil, all the time staying focused and on topic. Not once did he use fear tactics or try to upsell me. Bob was professional, extremely knowledgeable and I felt very secure in his hands. Just to go through the process, we had the other company come out and what a difference! The sales guy talked our ears off for almost an hour - maybe 5 minutes of that was actual shop talk. He did a cursory run around the property and then started talking about not only a bait system, but trenching and tearing walls out. He said "all of our guys are construction certified". The minute we heard that a huge red flag went up for us. Now, I know termites are not to be taken lightly, but really. I spoke to my neighbors (it seems these little buggers are common in this forested area), and *none* of them had anything more than the in-ground systems and that was working for them all. Thomas Pest Services got our business - not only because they were professional, punctual and fair (and didn't talk our ears off about random nonsense), but treated us respectfully by not trying to clean us out. This company is the best! Service is professional and very complete. They send email report of findings, what they did, suggestions for home improvements after every visit. They come back between visits if needed (no additional charge). Very good about scheduling and come when they are supposed to. I had previously used Orkin and Northeast, both were unsatisfactory. Orkin was totally unreliable about when they showed up, last straw was when service guy treated outside of my neighbor's house when I wasn't home. Northeast very unresponsive and unclear about what they were doing - I think they only want commercial clients.

I needed mice and squirrels removed from my rental property. They did a great job and I am continuing to use them under contract.

They are professional and install some equipment underground in the yard and spray the exterior of the house, eliminate rodent in different area. They come over every month and in the fall every 2 month to keep up. The notice before service and report after the service were emailed to me. Very professional and efficient.

Extremely well. Very professional and knowledgeable. Found the source and dealt with it. Removed all evidence we ever had a problem. Asked them to spray house for pests whil they were here. Will hire them for annual service!

There was a mixup with initial call-back, but eventually the rep came and explained about setting the traps. On the last day they captured an opossum. He also covered back the hole and smoothed the ground around the affected area.
