unfortunately the leak didn't stop and a new roof was needed were saving for a new one now.

They did a great job addressed all my problem, no hidden costs. They're fair priced and worth every penny.

As the started to take the shingles off, they found that 3 ft. of the plywood under the snow sleds were rotten and/or already missing. They discussed what was found and how it would need to be repaired and how much it would cost. They repaired it in a few hours with a few men working on it at one time, and a supervisor there the whole time. The cleaned up their mess, putting a tarp around the edges of the roof. When more issues followed, leaking during winter, they came out, cleaned off the snow and are fixing it more soon without charging.

They responded quickly and the work was done.

Start to finish they were incredibly responsive and professional. The work was done in one day and we are very satisfied. Highly recommend anyone considering roof repair talk to Cousin's!

They did the job nicely. There were no problems. They were prompt, responsive and showed up when promised. They used a big crew and they got the job done quick and neat. They are professional.

These guys came out on a Saturday afternoon, less than 24 hours after I placed the inquiry. They discussed options for repair but also encouraged us to really think big picture, about whether or not we wanted to turn the roof space into living space. We talked at length about different options from merely swapping out the roof, to 3/4-season room construction, etc. I assumed during the length of the discussion about a possible addition that what we were discussing was within their scope of work, but he said he would probably pass on the job as they are busy with roofing, etc. I was impressed that they would walk us through the process and talk to us at length about a job that would go to a different contractor. Nice, professional family guys.

In all fairness the weather was bitter cold and a couple of reschedules occurred due to snow. However, the last appointment had to be rescheduled due to management not checking to make sure his supplier was open. The day of the install the manager that quoted the job did not comer or call with the2 man crew he sent. I expected to see the manager that quoted the job and I had been communicating with by phone and email. He didn't tell me he wasn't going to be on site. The crew was late by about 2 hours at least. I had to call Cousins to find out if they were still coming to install. The appointment was for 9:00 AM. The install was completed however it was not the skylight I originally ordered. Cousins stated his supplier make the mistake and was willing to re-order the skylight with no extra charges. Cousins was more than happy to change the skylight or subtract the additional money and supply me with a pole which he stated was usually $50 but would give it to me for free. He stated the poles for a manual skylight are never included without a charge. We decided to keep the skylight and deduct the additional. Unfortunately, we gave the crew the check at the end of the install and had to stop payment on the check which cost us $30 to do. So far we are please with the product.

I had a leak in my roof and needed to get it fixed after purchasing my own. I looked the company up and was was top-rated on the site. Jason the owner was extremely professional and new exactly what to do. Even when we ran into roadblocks they were confident they could fix it and The price is fair. Would highly suggest using them again

They were very responsive and seemed to do an excellent job on the roof. They told us that we could probably get another couple of years out of it, but we decided to do it sooner rather than later, and with the winter we've had, we're glad we did.

We submitted a review for this provider August 2013 and still stand by what we previously posted. They are professional, true to their word, remedied the problem extremely well, worked non-stop to finish out the roof way past 8 hours labor as heavy rains were predicted. Above and beyond and would recommend, actually did recommend to neighbor who also used Cousins, they are worth waiting for when booked up. Genuine caring professional tradespeople.

Returned my call once, to say that he might be available the next day, but never showed or called back to schedule an estimate for the work.

They did a wonderful job. They have somebody constantly looking around on the ground to see whether there are any nails around and they pick them up. I chose them because I felt that they were gonna give the best quality.

He did good work, was very prompt, and we were very happy with the service.

We used Cousins Construction and they were great. It was a big roof. The price was good. They gave me the 5% discount with Angie's List. They were neat. I have recommended them to other people. I have never had any other experience that good. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I worked with Jason both times. He answered my calls promptly, came out to give an estimate promptly, submitted the estimate to me within a day or two after looking at the job in both instances. He and his coworkers came on time (or, in one case, called to tell me he was running late and came on time for his REVISED time), completed the job well, and completely cleaned up the mess. Would definitely recommend.

Cousins Construction is fantastic. They are my go to roofer. I have used them to repair and/or replace 4 roofs and the work has been done on time and on budget. Jason has always been professional, prompt and courteous. The entire crew is very professional and nice. There has never been a problem with any of the work they've done and they always clean up. It's such a relief to find people are who competent, trustworthy and reliable.

I had submitted a previous review of this company that was negative because the leak from my roof had not been repaired and it was difficult for me to get someone from this company to respond. Since that review and thanks to the help of Angie's list, I quickly received a response from Cousins. The came to my residence, completed redid the work they had done, and there has not been a leak since then. I felt bad giving them a bad review but felt stuck. I was grateful for their willingness to finally take care of the issue.

Did not perform all inspection / repair services as stated. Had to ask the roofer to go back up to complete the described work. Business was clearly busy and hired on a relative that was just trying to check the box and move on. I do not believe the company normally operates this way based upon the reviews.

They came and did what I had asked. They spoke to me about my roof and seemed professional and they did what they could. Scheduling went well and they were able to come out right away and earlier than expected. Two people came out to do the work and they were very quick on the job.
