Brought in a huge crew of 10 and finished in 1 day, 9:00 am. - 7:30 pm. Dedicated. Last half hour was in the rain and lightning. I've already recommended them to a friend. Great guys. Best sales presentation and best job execution I've seen in 20 years.

About 10 or 15 people came out for the work. It took two days to complete the work. They did a fine job and I have no complaints. I'd recommend them them to a friend or family member, they were good at what they did and didn't have any surprises.

Jason came out to the house as scheduled. He checked the condition of the roof. He was very professional and indicated the roof was still in good shape for a few more years. He explained the materials that would be used to install a new roof. He reviewed the warranty information. Provided me with an estimate. It's nice to see that there are still honest contractors. I would use Cousins Construction to replace my roof in the future.

I originally sent out the service request on Angie's list on a Sunday afternoon, within 40 minutes I received a response from Jason at Cousins Construction to setup a date for estimate and proposal. After another quote, I decided to go with Cousin's (best price with their 5% Angie's discount). Day arrived, crew very professional, and attentive to my property. Carefully prep the house, move all deck furniture and covered areas with tarps and plywood. Started at 8:00am finished at 4:30pm, cleaned up all refuse. Roof looks great. Having been a roofer in a past life, I can say these guys are very good.

Cousins had done work for me at our home. See excellent review on work done in April 2012. My daughter purchased a 1970's built townhouse that needed some work done primarily in the back of the townhouse. Because Jason would not allow his workers to walk through the townhouse (which we all agreed was a bad idea), all of the workers and all of the materials needed to be carried around the entire townhouse complex, a distance of about 100 yards. To add another dimension, it had snowed and there was about a foot and one-half of snow on the trail to the back. The crew started the job by shoveling by hand the entire length of the way to the back of the townhouse. Once again, everything was done efficiently and professionally under some pretty rough conditions. The workers are always polite and willing to answer any questions. Like any home built in the 1970's, the construction standards at that time have improved significantly. Jason and Patrick continued to advise me on suggested upgrades and changes that I saw needed to be done. So the job continued for a couple of days finding additional things to fix. Again, you get the feeling that they are working on their own home. Everything they suggested absolutely needed to be done. The additional costs were entirely reasonable. Once again, I highly recommend Cousins to anyone who needs work done. Professional, courteous, and efficient. Above all, completely trustworthy.

I met with Jason Hall and went over what needed to be done. He left my backyard to go to his car to write up an estimate. After twenty minutes, he returned with a fully-typed and detailed summary of everything that needed to be done. I was immediately impressed as to his attention to detail. I had received an earlier estimate from another contractor, but Jason's estimate was better, included more work, and much more complete. On the appointed day, he and his crew led by his cousin and partner, Patrick, proceeded to starting the work. Much to my surprise, they were done in a day and one-half. Along the way, the workers turned out to be exceedingly polite to my wife and me. Jason and Patrick answered all of my questions patiently and with professionalism. As a senior citizen, It is great to see a couple of under 30 year olds work hard and do so well to build their business. Along the way, i asked Jason if the old plastic brackets for previous gutters could be removed. He said he would but the fascia would not look good, so he replaced it free of charge! At the end of the job, he sent one of his guys onto the roof. I asked what he was going to do, and Jason replied that he was going to paint the plastic bathroom exhaust pipe gray to match the roof! You get the feeling that they do what they would do at their own home, no cutting corners. Needless to say that I loved working with these guys, never had a questionable moment and would highly recommend them to anyone. Very, very pleased. And I did use them again on my daughter's townhouse that she purchased in the fall of 2013. See that review as well. .

Everything went very well. We always received a courteous and prompt response to phone calls and emails. All work was completed on-time, in a professional manner, and as outlined in the contract.

From first contact to work being completed everything went well. Very responsive to emails/calls. Arrived when stated, provided free estimate including photos. All work completed in one day and team made sure to clean up afterwards.

I think that their service is okay, they did what their supposed to do. I could say that they were on time, they looked at what we asked them to looked out, they came out with reasonable cost for fixing it. They were okay, its kinda reasonable for the work that they would have done, they were there, they showed up on time.

The appointment time came and went. Called the number that I was given to get ahold of the person supposed to be meeting me, and left a voicemail. Never heard another word. They never called back. No sorry we forgot appointment, nothing. Many contractors out there, not going to beg anyone to take my money.

They came through for us trying to get help right away. Fixed extra without charge. Were very kind and nice to my elderly mother. We will certainly call them again!

Patrick Bennett arrived on time, but realized the bricks he had weren't a close match. He left and found new bricks and replaced roughly 6-7 courses of the chimney. He also created a new cap on top. The chimney looks fantastic and the new bricks were a great match to the old. He also repointed some additional joints. I was very pleased with the work and the clean up. Cousin's Construction also did our roof last year. I will certainly call them again in the future if we need additional work.

Jason and his crew did a great job with our new roof with one exception. We have had bats in our attic in the past and anyone who has had them knows how difficult they can be to get rid of and keep out of your home. We addressed this with Jason beforehand and the supervisor on the job who were both very reassuring regarding this issue, but about two weeks after the job we had another bat in our home. As Jason said after the fact, they are not pest control experts, however sealing up every nook and cranny around the new roof was all that we asked for. He did send someone back to check and seal any possible access locations. The guy found a few locations which were sealed to our satisfaction thus far- no more bats since. The crew did the whole job in one day as promised, it looks great, and we're happy with the price. They were very professional, informative, hard working, and friendly people. We recommend them in spite of the bat issue and to both home owners and contractors alike, if there is a house with bats in its history no matter how far back it goes, make sure that everything is sealed up as tight as a drum or they'll be back. We wish Cousins Construction success for many years to come.

I was very pleased with them.They were very timely, very thorough, cleaned up nicely and they did an excellent job.

The first estimate I received was from the son for $1000. I waited a little bit and decided I wanted a second estimate from them. I called them back to get this second estimate and spoke with the son who said they were very busy at the moment but would get back to me in 2 months. The 2 months went by and I never heard from them so I called them and finally got the father to come out. The father came out and gave me an estimate of $800 with a very detailed and written proposal. After the second estimate I called them again to clarify the scope of the work and the price and spoke to the son and he informed me he did not want to do the job. This was last time I spoke with them.

They were really good. It was priced honestly, and the materials and workmanship were good. Everything was cleaned up properly. They got the job done in 2 days.

I had gotten four estimates on this job. Three of the prices were very close. The fourth was substantially lower and estimated from the ground. I chose Cousin's because I was most impressed with his manner. Several of the estimates, including Cousins, mentioned that my 12 year old skylight might be nearing the end of it's useful life. I arranged with Cousin's to have a improved replacement installed. That added about $900, the cost of the skylight, to the original estimate. An improvement well worth the price. The work mas originally scheduled for a Friday but they called the day before to tell me , what the weather reports had already told me, that substantial rain was anticipated. We rescheduled for the following Monday. They arrived with a full crew early in the morning and worked straight through for ten or eleven hours. They were extremely efficient and protected all shrubbery. They cleaned up as they worked and left the site cleaner than they found it. The price listed above includes the cost of the skylight which was paid separately.

Cousins Construction are good. They put our roof on. The job did go overall really good, they actually came in sooner than I expected and finished in 2 days. I was pretty happy with them. The service was very good, everything was cleaned up and I had no issues with with their work. We are actually planning to use them in future.

EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND THEY CAME AT THE ASSIGNED TIME AND WERE DONE QUICKLY.

It was fine. They were responsive and everything. They even came out and did a quick repair for free actually. I didn't end up going with them for a project because their price was a little higher than some other quotes. They were very good and they would have been second best choice. Roofers, in general, don't seem very professional but they seem professional than any other roofers. They were responsive and they came right out. I was very happy with them.

Being that they were doing this during what was probably one of the coldest weeks of the year, they did a great job!!!

The "boys" showed up almost on time and went right to work. No sitting around they moved out and jumped on the work and completed it all within a few hours. No load music (no music at all) or boisterous language, very focused and energetic. It was a nice experience from other construction crews that I have hired in the past. I will use them again when it's time to paint the higher portions of my house.

Ok, but the limit of work (for the package I purchased) seems to be, to apply a bit of tar and inspect.

Every thing went very good. They even replaced he deck roof which was not in the original quote because the colors were off we sais we did not care but it did make a difference and they made the right choice to redo it. They cleaned every day, it was still a lot of snow on the ground then and when the snow and ice melted there were a lot left over shingles and nail's on the ground we call them and they came over and cleaned it two month later Great Job they were GREAT !
