They did a same day hot water tank replacement. Emailed them at 8:30am and was completed by 2pm.

They were very pushy, didnà ¢à  à  t show up on the day 1st scheduled but they already had a $2200 deposit, then they insisted I needed about 20 feet of copper piping replaced which I found out later by a friend that they just wanted the copper as the trade in is so high!!!à °à  à  à ¡ So they then charged me $1500 more dollars over the initial estimate ! Way over priced I am horribly embarrassed that I was taken so badly!! Simply had a water tank and pump installed with new valves that should have been less that $3000 and it cost me $5200 in the end !! Rip off artists. I will stay with the trucks I see on the road from now on like Crisafulli brothers no home advisor!!!!

I was at a loss to why my shower was leaking into my living room.. previous plumber said I needed a complete shower replacement.. Boss crew came in next day of being called and found it was my pipes not the shower itself..they were very nice,fast, and showed me every step along the way.. it was a little steeper in price then expected but worth the value of work done.

Thorough, professional work done timely. Since I have not needed plumbers in a while, I thought it was a bit pricey even though low bid. They did clean up the work sites well, but left a bag of trash in the house.

They got back to me quickly, quick and efficient and my leak was fixed the next day

Avi and Shawn were prompt and after assessing where in the basement wall the leak was, they found the best way to fix the leak without damage to paneling. (Leak was within a paneled wall in finished basement. They got the correct supplies they needed and were helpful and informative. I am pleased with the work and would call them again.

I found out our water heater burst around 6pm, and by 10pm that same night they had a new heater in. Huge help to me and my family, and the Boss crew was very helpful, communicative, and thorough. Definitely would recommend, especially in an emergency.

I Believed even they way overcharged. Gave no estimate and way over charged. 15000.00 was way to much. I believe I was scammed. Turning them over to the better business bureau Not even 15 hours

Avi returned my call right away, and followed up right before our scheduled appointment. I had a leaking and corroded taco zone valve ,as well as cool to the touch radiators in my home. Avi assessed and explained the work to be done. I had many quotes from other plumbers and hvac companies. Glad I used Boss Plumbing. The pipe work surrounding the leak looks so new and clean! Best part --He showed me how to bleed my radiators. Remember you get what you pay for!

Boss Plumbing returned my call for service quickly and arrived within an hour to search out the issue and make arrangements for the immediate repair. Service and concern for safety were outstanding.

The men were very polite. They were able to handle and correct any kind of obstructions.

They didn't rush the job, but took time to do it right. They cleaned up after the install.

These two men should lose their license ( if they have ). Unfortunately I was under a lot of stress at the time. I had a leak in my basement, they lied to me and told me it would be wise to replace the entire system. They charged me $10,300 for the job. Did not trust them after that, called another plumber on another problem and he looked at the basement work Boss did. He could not believe what they did. Had to replace entire job. I called Boss and they hung up on me. They also lied about me needing work done in the kitchen. I am considering taking them to court. Very unscrupulous people.

Two guys came the same day I called them. Spent 20 mins evaluating the problem. Went away to Home Depot to buy parts for 1 1/2 hours. Returned and spent 1 1/2 hours replacing 2 spigots. Very knowledgeable.. Very polite. I almost invited them to dinner. But they charged me $1350 to replace two spigots. Parts were 2 spigots, two brackets, some tubing, one shutoff valve, and 4 screws. Even if the parts were $200(being generous), they charged me $1150 hours for 2 hours labour spent at my house. My next door neighbor who is a civil engineer was shocked when I told him. He said he most they should have charged was $600. It was my mistake not to ask for an estimate. I just trusted them when I met them. My suggestionâ ¦.. Trust no one. Always ask for an estimate.

Homeowners beware!! I will never use Boss Plumbing, with owners Vic and Buchan again! They lied about the water heater they were installing and they provided no receipts or an invoice for anything. We needed a water heater installed and needed shutoff valves replaced. We submitted a request for a plumber on Angi (formerly Angieâ s List} and Boss Plumbing called right away shortly after we talked with them, so they did have a quick response. We thought the verbal quote was on the high side but the owners, Vic and Buchan stated they would be able to do the job that night. They gave us a verbal quote to replace the water heater..our mistake we should have made them give a written quote. At the end of the job all we received was just a receipt at that stated they installed a water heater and the amount written received written on a non-descript receipt book as one could buy at any store. I stated upfront I would need paperwork for the rebate from the gas company and showed them the list of what was required for the rebate. They did not provide any documentation that could be used for the rebate, so I missed out on the rebate. I stated I wanted a good water heater installed. They showed me a picture of a water heater with a $1,449 price tag on it and said that was the one they were installing. However two days later when I looked online at Home Depot, the price of the water heater Boss Plumbing installed was $649, not $1,449. So ,Vic and Buchan LIED about the price of the water heater they installed. They quoted a verbal price for a water heater and replacing some shutoff values. We initially started with a 40 gallon tank quote and then asked for a quote on a 50 gallon and Boss Plumbing initially stated it would be $800 MORE than the total quote on the 40 gallon tank but then said they would install the 50 gallon tank for only $500 more than the quote for the 40 gallon tank. So basically their initial quote to go from a 40 gallon to a 50 gallon was more than they actually paid for the 50 gallon tank Boss Plumbing installed. I figure they owe me the $850 difference based on the price difference between what they stated they were installing and what they installedâ ¦can you say misrepresentation! At the end of the job, no invoice was provided that would enable me to receive the rebate, just the receipt out of the receipt book stating water heater installed. Then at the end of the job they stated they wanted $300 to remove the old water heater and they said they had not included it in their quote, well I had assumed it was included as they did not mention it was not included and I included it in my decision to hire them. We negotiated that amount down to $150, but they should have stated upfront their quote did not include hauling away the old water heater. I sent them a text regarding my issues, but they did not feel the need to reply. If you do think about hiring Boss Plumbing, make sure you have a written quote upfront with model numbers and equipment prices on it an verify the equipment on the quote is what is actually installed and expect to pay more than you should. Their work seemed to be good, but their business practices leave a lot to be desired to say the least.

We had several plumbers come and look at a leaking pipe. They either tried to up charge or said we needed our tub ripped out. The two gentleman from Boss knew exactly what they were doing. They replaced the pipe at an affordable cost and did it immediately. I plan on using them in the near future and referring them to other people.
