"Customer called and i explained we are very busy and it did not look good to do the type of work she was in need of. I told her if my business partner thought we could fit her in i would try to reach her by 7pm. We feet that we did not want to make a promise of doing work and decided we could not fit her in. We could not fit her in so i did not call her back. In no way shape or form did we tell the customer we would do work or did we schedule any work with the customer. She was well aware that we were busy and i politley informed her that more then likely we could not do work. Most customers appriciate when a company is honest and does not say "yeah we can do the work" then never show up. We are well known for our communication and customer service and any one who wants refferences feel free to ask for them. Our customer survey reports that we send every few months are also available to view. Im sorry if there was a mis communication but if a customer does not call me i would never have a chance to know this or to resolve the matter if there actually was one untill i get a report on angies list. Also want to clearify this customer says work was completed on june 27: NO WORK WAS SCHEDULED OR COMPLETED. I did try to call her after i recieved her negative comment and to explain but got answer machine and left message that i was sorry i never called back and that we are just to busy to do her work: was hoping just to clearify with customer BEFORE posting on angies list."
