They have done more extensive work.
"(member name), I can't seem to find any information regarding our appointment on my calender or do I have an appointment sheet filled out for you. If we did have a meeting I am truly sorry that i did miss the appointment as that's not like me. I was without my phone for 4 days and that may have had a part but if we did have a meeting scheduled that would be an appointment excuse. Was the appointment scheduled under the name and address above because that's what I'm looking up information on? Ibhave also googled the adress and it does not look familiar at all. If you are willing to call me back I am willing to try and make it work. Again I'm truly very sorry if I did mis the appointment as it is not like me to do so."
As of late, I have been unable to reach them, however. They continue to mow my lawn regularly, but I am unable to get advice and/or quotes about aeration, fall cleaning, pruning, etc. For this reason only I am looking for someone who might offer a more hands-on service. But when/if I switch, I think I will miss Go Green's professionalism.
"Im really glad that I keep all emails and messages and that I never met you in person. You sent a message on May 19th 10:18am and I responded in the middle of my work day (I still work in field full time) during my lunch break at 1:29pm. I told you I would look at your property tonight even though it may be late because it was a busy day. I went to look at it late that night and was not sure it was correct house. The next day after work was done 530pm I headed to the property and as I pulled up to it i received a message if i looked at property yet and i told her that i think i am sitting directly in front of it and explained i could not see it great the night before. At that point in time(may20th 6:24pm) i called her to make it easier for us to talk about the property since i was there. She was not friendly on the phone but that happens sometimes. I spent 20 minutes with her on the phone as she said she may be selling the building and i was attempting to give her suggestions about the property even though she seemed a bit rude. She hired me right then and there. She asked me when i could get to it and i told her because of the location we would have to get to the account in a couple days as that's when our route goes through that area. 3 days later she is on schedule and as when my guys where 2 lawns away from the account i got a message (may 23rd 2:56pm) that she hired her tenant to cut the lawn. She was rude and was to good to treat me as an equal and i was stern with her. IT TOOK LESS THEN 24HRS FOR ME TO VISIT HER PROPERTY 2X AND GET HER A QUOTE. SHE WAS SCHEDULED ANE WE WERE READY TO HAVE SERVICE COMPLETED WITHIN 3 DAYS. SHE WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRICE AND ALL THE SUGGESTIONS I GAVE HER. I pray that she treats here current service providers like humans."
It was already snowing. Four hours later, the first plow team showed up to clear my driveway and walk. They took time to talk with me about where to pile the snow; did a great job. Since then, they have needed to plow twice; doing a great job each time.
I highly recommend this company and plan to hire them for my landscaping!
