Description of Work: I called Thermo Seal to discuss new windows. Aaron, the owner, was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, showing us options and quickly coming up with pricing. Beyond that, a couple of things REALLY impressed us. First, he was the only one of the several people we met with that noticed details about our windows that would affect installation. And, his follow up was always incredibly quick. We asked a lot of very detailed questions and he returned every phone call and email immediately; and patiently answered all of our questions. And lastly, even when we let him know about our change in plans, he was gracious and nice (especially considering all of the time he devoted to us and our questions). That's not always the case, and we were very impressed. Our project took a different direction, so we were really disappointed that we didn't have the opportunity to work with Aaron and ThermoSeal. Based on our experience, we definitely would call him again should the need arise.

Description of Work: They fixed gutters that we ice damming. Fixed shingles that we pulling off! Bob, one of the owners came over and even fixed shingles on the roof that was old! |They originally installed 25 replacement windows and I have never had a problem. The work was clean the quality of the window was better than any product I saw and the price was very fair!

+ 0 moreWe met with Aaron who showed us product and discussed details. Decided on price and style. Bob came to take all measurements and assess the job. Order was finished in a timely manner and we Set up installation. We were overly concerned about disrupting the house and the resulting "mess". We were extremely impressed with the workmanship, punctuality, professionalism and overall amazed at what an incredibly easy experience they made it. Windows look great, roof is great. Love Bob and Aaron...two great guys who make the anxiety of house remodeling a real pleasure...would recommend to everyone interested in a top-notch job from start to finish!

Description of Work: Thermo-Seal has given us an estimate and has come to the complex twice to explain in detail services to be performed. Aaron Rukin has been most helpful giving detailed information and returning phone calls. If hired, Thermo-Seal will put siding on the complex and replace windows and doors. For services rendered thus far, I would give Aaron Rukin and Thermo-Seal an A rating. Aaron has been courteous, pleasant, and most attentive to all our needs and questions. He has not failed to respond in a quick and efficient manner to any phone call or emails.

+ -1 moreExcellent job. Approximately three weeks from order to completion. Salesman Aaron was informative and helpful with details, choices, and warranty information. Price was as quoted in estimate. Installers were prompt, professional and neat. Installation was completed in 1 1/2 days as promised, all debris was removed and house and yard was left clean. I would use them again and not hesitate to recommend for window replacement.

+ -1 moreWe interviewed 5 different contractors some of whom were both manufacturer and installer. We settled on Thermo-Seal because we compared their product to others and found it equal or superior in most respects. The 2 gentlemen who came to install the windows worked quickly and efficiently to put in our 20+ windows. They were very polite and patient when answering my questions. On the final day, the owner came to look over the work and address any questions we still had. Several weeks later I called with another question and got a return call back first thing the next day. Overall our experience was great and I would recommend this company.
Description of Work: Thermo-Seal installed 23 all new windows in our 1950's home. All the windows were custom windows and included casement, awning and large picture windows. The windows were designed by Thermo-Seal and manufactured by Harvey. They were double pane, energy efficient and had many components designed to make them more fail safe and weather tight.
