We are a customer driven company. We have been doing business in Westchester County, New York City & Rockland County for the past 16 years. We are fully licensed and insured. We do not charge for estimates. We do all of the work in house. We never sub out any part of the job. Our company has 16 tradesmen working who have 3-27 years of experience. Hans met my mother-in-law; he knew she was an 87 year-old woman who is house-bound, aphasic, confined to a wheelchair, and who requires the constant 24/7 care of a caregiver. We spent hundreds of dollars in laundry bills over the course of the 6 weeks they were without the use of the washer /dryer.
Building a wall after installing a washer/dryer in such a way that the machines can never be pulled out when they need repair-- Precision Contracting....NOT!
Very stupid and shoddy work!
Do not hire this contractor-- you are forewarned. He makes outrageous mistakes and then goes missing in action.
"We have been doing this 17 years. I have never had a nastier customer. We agreed on placement of light fixtures. After everything was installed and patched she changed her mind and wanted them moved to other locations. That would be an additional charge and she did not want to pay it. My electrician is licensed and not cheap. As for the floor It was supposed to set for 2 days after install because the glue was drying. They came in and walked on it so some of the glue came up in certain places. We did go back and clean it up. She willingly paid us in full for the job with no hassle. I don't understand where this review came from. P.S. We do all the work at here condo building for the management company. We see her all the time and she never mentioned anything to us about these issues. That is the truth."
