I go to them for all maintenance and oil changes. I don't like their pricing too much on bigger projects. The quality of service is good.

If you are not an informed buyer using all available resources then you won't know the difference in experience. I however purchased a 2014 MDX at another dealership after the manager at Rallye told me I was crazy; and that the web is not to be believed. Bottomline: it's all a game. I bought at my target price which was below all bottomline pricing from consumer reports / true car. Look beyond the mean or the average. Got my car at the price I wanted far and away from the "deals" Rallye was offering. Read up on edmunds know the games people play. Rallye has tried to move my trade in value after complimenting the car and doing the eval. I've purchased at Rallye in 2009, but am uncertain if they will get my business again. I love acura as a whole, but have had better experiences in both honesty and service outside of LI/Queens.

The fact that you're going back to them for anything that's original equipment if you need is good. They have a nice atmosphere there. They provide coffee and some refreshments in the morning for you. They have Wi-Fi availability. It's a nice atmosphere. You just drive up and someone will come and take your car. There's no waiting for the service. Overall, they are really good. They try to make you happy and everything. They follow up like you're probably going to get a phone call the next day wondering how everything is and if there's any problems with the car. It's nice.

Acura replaced a transmission part about a month earlier. I didn't feel that the entire issue was gone. It was significantly improved and the acceleration returned, but part of the noise remained. They agreed to take the car and provide a loaner for as long as I was willing since they could not identify the sound. When they finally did they went through the motions and acura advised that it was from the wheels, not the transmission. Whether true or not, the dealership handled themselves professionally and courteously - i mean, hey, it wasn't what I wanted to hear but since I got my tires rotated the noise is noticeably less, so maybe they were right! Point is, they are a great deealer, just subject to corporate policies!

Acura did a good job for me. I trust their judgment so if they tell me my car is OK, I know its OK. They are at a convenient location for me. They were great in terms of talking to me and consulting with me and I feel fortunate enough to have found such a good auto service company.

We liked the Acura dealership and my husband really felt that they were very nice over there. He said that all factors considered he feels like he is getting a lot more from Acura than he did for his money buying from Chevy in this area. They are nice. They were not offensive and we plan to buy from them shortly. He also likes this make and model because he said he will save more money getting a smaller SUV with gas prices and in the end, he will pay Acura less than what he does Chevy for our truck.
