Bi-County Garage Door is owned and operated by John and Bill Malone. They have been in the garage door industry for over 20 years each. At least one of them is on every installation. Bi- County Garage Door is licensed and insured in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties and has an excellent record in both Bi-County Garage Door is a family run business with more than 20 years experience in sales, service, and installations. We carry and service many different manufacturers including Amarr, Hormann, Clopay, Genie, General Door and others as well as automatic door opener manufacturers Lift-Master and Genie. Bi-County Garage Door also stocks many repair parts and most repairs are done within 24 hours. Bi-County Garage Door provides quality service at a reasonable rate. John was excellent. We scheduled the appointment for this past Saturday and he showed up on time, got to work and was finished in the amount of time he said it would take. Prior to installation, he walked me through all of the options available in order to pick the right garage doors. After installation, he took the time to show me how to program the remotes and how to maintain the doors and tracks. His prices were very competitive as well. Highly recommend!

John was very responsive, did excellent work, and was a pleasure to deal with. He replaced my garage door opener with a new Lift Master belt drive version. The difference is amazing! He also connected booster springs that weren't being previously used. I would highly recommend John and BI-County.

John and his partner did a great job. I have an uncommon garage door opener. and they spent an extra hour figuring out how to reprogram this opener which was greatly appreciated. In the end everything worked fine and I would definitely recommend Bi- County for garage door services!

John arrived on time and first checked the garage door control pad. He discovered that the lock switch had inadvertently been activated and corrected it. Had he been less honest, he could have gone ahead and replaced the opener. Instead he just charged for a service call. I will definitely call him again and highly recommend him.

John, the owner, was excellent from start to finish. i called on a saturday evening for a quote and he gave me an estimate over the phone. offered to come by on Monday morning to measure everything up. he was prompt and courteous and answered all my questions. i agreed to move forward and he installed the door the next morning. Showed up on time, did quality work, very fair price, thoroughly tested the door to ensure smooth operation, a pleasure to deal with. He did the install himself along with one other worker. How many owners of contracting companies are actually on the job performing the work? A+++ Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
