we offer a wide variety of services so as to minimize subcontractor use. There is no licensing agency in the area we opperate in. 5 yr. warranty on work. we offer free estimates as well as help filling out any local permit papers. All work is up to code or better and inspections are all provided by appropriate agencies. We do use subcontractors for certain areas ie. excavating and concrete as well as large masonry projects. We work well with changes and can do anything from install 1 window to build a home.
