I've used them before in the past and think they are good pricing. They were here for about 50 minutes to do all the work. They are honest company.

I call Mondrick for annual service on the furnace and a/c unit.
Earlier this year, they replaced my gas hot water heater with an electric one. Work completed in a timely manner and this no clean-up on my part :)
Last year I had them run a water line through the kitchen floor for an ice maker. Again - work completed in a timely manner and no clean-up for me.
If I have questions about what they're doing, they answer everything in a way that is understood.
Definitely recommend this company.

Overcharged me for services rendered. Did not advise me prior to job what was involved or how they charged for services.  I was upset for the amount charged when the job took all of 10 minutes to complete.  Was later told that regardless of time involved, it was a flat rate.  Mondrick also charged me extra when I requested minor assistance mounting a cabinet to the bathroom wall.  They were there fixing the faucet-I just needed assistance holding the cabinet in place for a few minutes...

had 7 gas leaks in furnace and hot water tank. leaks found by nys energy audit. had to find another provider to fix the leaks.

I saw Them 4 years ago. They were great. They came right out when I had trouble with the boiler and the man knew what it was with the problem. He is probably in and out of there in about 30 minutes.

I love everything about them. They tell it to you straight. They have professional guys that come and do the job for you. They have extraordinary pricing. They are reliable, economical, do great work, and clean up after themselves. I've known of this company for over ten years. My point of contact was Walter. I will continue using them in the future.
