Thomas's company did an amazing job on my kitchen! Just look at the before and after photos—it's truly a WOW transformation. The old kitchen belonged to my grandmother and hadn’t been updated in over 50 years. After she passed, I inherited the apartment and knew the first thing I wanted to do was redo the kitchen. I'm soooo happy I went with this company. They were professional, detail-oriented, and the results speak for themselves. They did a phenomenal job, and I couldn't be happier!

Tom and his team were very efficient and prompt. They showed up on time, usually 7:30-8:00 AM, reviewed progress on the previous day work, conducted job briefings on the activities planned for the current day, and executed. His prices are fair and he delivers on the product that is promised. Most importantly they are still available after the completion of the project, which i feel is paramount after amount that is spent on a project.

Thomas from Summit Home improvement was super helpful. He came to do the job fast, was responsive, and did a great job. Pricing was also very good. I?d recommend!!

Working with Tom and his crew was a fantastic experience. He and his crew finished my basement and installed new flooring on the main level in just a few weeks. We were given progress updates everyday. We would definitely use Summit again!

We recently hired Tom to help us finish up our kitchen re-model. We needed a professional to help us install a new tile back-splash without breaking the bank. His crew did an outstanding job. The workmanship was perfect, and his guys were professional. They left the job site clean everyday. Both Tom and his crew communicated with us, and asked us questions, so there were no surprises. Tom's guys did such a great job, we expanded the job to include hanging a new back door and screen door, as well as update window and floor moldings. Again, precision work! Well, that then spun into painting. His crew then painted the kitchen / moldings as well. There is nothing that Tom and his crew cannot do. I would recommend Tom and Summit without reservation. The short of it is as follows: quality work, excellent communication, and coming in on time and on budget. 5 STARS!

Tom was a pleasure to work with. I needed a complete renovation of my basement. Excellent work and done within the time estimate.

We live in a Co-op and hired Thomas to remodel our bathroom and bedroom. The building is old and all the plumbing and electrical needed updating. The bathroom was a total renovation from the studs out and involved some meticulous tile work and Thomas far surpassed our hopes and expectations. He brought it in on time and on budget and we greatly appreciated his work and that of his staff. They kept everything as clean as it was everyday and were always courteous. We are doing our kitchen and living room next and will certainly use Summit again and we highly recommend them for any project.

Tom and his crew of men were great! They repaired a gutted basement apartment that was water damaged. They provided top notch quality work and finished sooner than was agreed upon. Their work encompassed sheet rock, taping and sanding, spackle, painting, plumbing, installing vinyl flooring and wood moldings and they removed all debris. It was nice to have them able to do it all for me. We signed the work order and they were on the job the next morning. It was my pleasure dealing with Tom who did all he said that he was going to do! I thank him for his fast, quality work and very fair price and I would highly recommend him to everyone. Bill N.

These guys are great. Negotiated a good fair deal that I felt comfortable with. The crew painted the entire first floor. Currently, the crew are renovating my basement. They have been very helpful. I am disabled and have health issues. Items needed to be moved or carried the crew was helpful. Upon completion of basement renovations, I will have tom and his great guys paint the entire second floor. One level at a time. The crew is prompt on beginning to end of their day. They work hard and understand what they are doing. Overall, these guys have done painting, lighting fixtures, Sheetrock, framing, Spackle & tape, molding, moisture resistant primer, replace basement window and custom size thermal basement door. They have my new basement floor that is engineered vinyl that is water resistant. Can't wait to see the new completed basement. I don't have floods but just in case.

We had a very good experience. We had met with 3 other contractors prior to hiring them. Thomas was very honest, responsive, affordable and easy to work with. The upstairs looks great. They were quick and they also did a good job of cleaning up everything when they were done.

We knew it was a big job renovating the first floor and basement of the house and would likely take time to complete but we were up against a time crunch and needed it done ASAP- Tom and team delivered when no one else would call us back. Not only did Tom get us in as promised on our moving day, his team did an amazing job renovating the house. Everything was beyond our expectations.
