We were in a tight crunch. We we in the process of selling our home in Melville, when we discovered that we did not have a Certificate of Occupancy and that there were still some permits open from work we did years before. We had already moved to Florida and I was hard at work at my new job. I certainly could not fly back and forth to NY to try and deal with the Buildings Dept. Gregg was able to help me remotely. He was able to reopen the permits, obtain several sets of inspections, close out our permits, and get us our Cert of Occupancy. That was the one part of the closing, that we did not have to worry about.
