Junior, the owner, was professional and fair (Free estimate) in all phases of my small basement project's pricing, planning, execution, and, completion. He met with his very experienced crew on abatement day, like a leader, and advised his supervisor and them on his plan of action. Like a team, they set up, worked thoroughly, and, with the "green light" from the air quality testing co., broke down their equipment with exceptional efficiency! They also surprisingly encapsulated my floor and painted the heating pipe. The following day, Junior arrived early to inspect the work and update me on the completion paperwork processing from the DEP. Within a week, I received those official docs from him and paid the balance due. Finally, whereas other abatement cos. planned my project to take up to three days, Junior's crew successfully finished it in less than one....and for thousands of $ less!

It went great. The owner (Juniior) was responsive, came over and gave an estimate and scheduled the work. I found the estimate to be reasonable. The worker sent to do the job sealed off the area, removed the tiles and vacuumed up the room. Junior said it ended up being more work because there were 3 layers that needed to be removed but he still stuck with the original estimate, which I appreciated. Overall, I was very very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend this company.

Everything went as planned. Junior did a pre site survey the same day I called him. He arranged to have one of his workers to come do the job. They were on time, professional and cleaned up the worksite when finished. The price was very fair for a small job.

Iky was fantastic. We called and he came to the house within an 1-1/2 hours to give us a free estimate. He took a piece of the suspicious material to confirm that it was asbestos. The work was done at my parents' home. They arrived on time and got to work right away. Couldn't watch the work being performed because the area was sealed off but when it was finished, the area was swept clean and the work was well done. Very professional, prompt, reasonably priced service. Would highly recommend.

After months of painstakingly waiting very patiently for mountains of red tape to finally clear to get this job officially greenlighted, our original contractor could not do the job in the end due to his now busy schedule, so we needed another good, local, reliable candidate to do it, FAST!  In less than 8 hours I contacted Junior's firm for an estimate and I received an in-person inspection/verbal agreement that evening, which was followed up by a written estimate the same evening a few hours later, which I immediately submitted for approval.  That timeline so far in itself was Simply Amazing, and just what I needed!

The reason that I originally even offered this opportunity to Junior and his team was based highly on the many previous, positive reviews that he had already received, all recently.  I felt that by the time that I actually met him face-to-face that I already knew him even from everyone else's reviews, even though I was only meeting him for the first time.  The previous reviews proved to be accurate both on the evening of the first meeting and when he did the actual job, today! 

Junior followed through even after our meeting, and it was a pleasure to not have to chase a vendor as well as to have someone respond in a reasonable time to my telephone calls and e-mails.  Very timely responses, which were indeed appreciated. 

Junior's fee was very reasonable.  Very good!

Junior and his team were polite/courteous, knowledgeable, professional, hard-working, and just an overall pleasure to have working in our home for several hours.  They prepped the area so as to not ruin the floor enroute to the basement, and cleaned up everything 100% when done.  The areas where they worked are now spotless.

Junior is licensed.  He seemed very familiar with the New York Rising paperwork and filled it out as much as possible after he finished our job.  Fast.  Junior reviewed with me whatever I needed to follow up on in the next few days, twice, to make sure that I understood my tasks.  He also said that he would bring us some additional report info in the next few days when it was ready.  Wonderful! 

Junior is a mellow but serious worker who does what he does well.  I had a little difficulty understanding his accent a few times but that is fine.  I am just not used to it, no fault of his whatsoever. 

When you hire someone to do the job, you will be lucky if Junior and his team are the ones who are available to do it when you finally get your financing in order. 

I would absolutely hire them again.  They even worked on a small bonus area that was not included in our original deal, pro bono.  Just very conscientious and honest, good people.

He answered my call and came to estimate the job within an hour of calling.  Gave me the estimate and arrangements to return within 2 weeks to do the job.  Showed up on time and completed the job and even took care of a small area that was not included in the estimate at no extra charge.  I would recommend him and use him again.

I called Junior Osaro after seeing his company listed here.  We arranged for him to come to my home and give me a free estimate that evening.  He arrived on time with a worker,  looked at the work to be done and we settled on a price.  I then asked him when it could be done, and he said that it could be done right then.  I had never had this type of work done before, so I didn't know what to expect.  His worker then went out to collect his equipment and started working in my basement laundry room.  It was a relatively small job, and after about an hour and a half it was completed professionally and cleanly.
When the plumbers returned the next day to complete their work, they commented on what a good job had been done.  Even the pipes involved had been coated to keep any remaining dust on the pipes from becoming airborne after the job was done.  I would recommend their services to anyone.  They don't look like a high-powered organization, but they do get the work done professionally and efficiently.  Thank you Junior.

I could not even say 1 bad thing about Junior and his workers. He was extremely professional and punctual.  Throughout the whole process he answered any questions that I had and was available whenever I needed.  He came all the way from far rockaway, queens to my home just to do a free estimate not knowing if I would go through with the job.  All other contractors either complained about how far I was from them or just did not show up when promised. Junior did exactly what a professional is supposed to do. Some contractors would just ask me over the phone, how many sq./ft the roof was and they would give me ridiculous prices over the phone to save them the trip. Junior measured and looked at the roof to make sure of the integrity of it. He gave me a estimate by the next day. He gave me a great price, which was thousands lower than the phone call contractors.  I decided to use A-plus not just from the reviews here on Angie's list but because of his professionalism.
The showed up at 7am to prep the area. They covered every inch of my home as a precautionary step and covered both my neighbors home.  It looked like a quarantine zone straight out of a movie. Even when confronted by a nasty neighbor of mine that lives across the street, Junior kept his professional demeanor even when he would of been totally in the right to lose his top. I fixed her attitude right after any way.  
Junior gave me a time of 4pm to finish the job and he was actually done by 2pm.  His team made sure the removed all protection from the surrounding homes, cleaned up any mess that they made (which was very minimal). I had the air quality tested all around the house and my neighbors homes and everything was perfect. 
Junior made sure I received all the paperwork for the job and its completion.  He even went the extra mile to get the report from the independent company that tested the air quality for me. What can I say, he's a rare breed of contractor (honest and reliable). I would definitely recommend him for any asbestos job that you may need. You will not be disappointed.

They did an excellent job. They were fantastic. I was shocked that I had asbestos, and they came when they did, and they did what they did, and they were great. They were the best. They came to give me an estimate right away, and then we made the appointment for the next day, or the day after. They came at 7:30, they were a little late, but they called, the were very professional, they explained what had to be done, they were amiable to taking out the asbestos through the window, which was a wonderful thing, versus bringing it through the house, which I didn't want. They cleaned up. It seemed quite detailed.
