Terrible Customer service as I've been doing all the reaching out and no one is getting back to me with an estimate!!

Unbelievable experience. Started on the date they said they would. Finished in two days as they said they would. Clean up was great. Even replaced satellite dish overnight for us so we'd continue to be able to watch satellite TV! One of the workers told me most of the guys have worked together for years and it shows. The replaced vent pipes to match the roof color and, man, does it look great (they didn't even mention to me they were going to do that). Honestly, you almost have to get three quotes on any project but it's almost a waste of time. If I had something else done to my home that they do, I wouldn't even get other quotes...that's how happy I am with these guys. This is the kind of quality/cost ratio you hope to get when you take on a major project and they delivered. Big time.

We chose this company because they got very good ratings and are pretty well known in the area. Unfortunately, we never got a chance to even get a work estimate as no one ever got back to us. We contacted them through their website and called two times after that (in the span of 2 weeks). We received a confirmation email that someone would contact us, and spoke with someone on the phone who also said both times that someone would contact us to set up an appointment for an estimate. Never heard back.

We asked three top Angie's list companies to bid on our complete roof teardown and replacement. The other two bids were 18000 and 21000. Our Brighton home was built in 1929 and had three roofs, the bottom one cedar shakes over separated roof supports, so we had been warned that debris would fall into the unfinished attic. So we piled attic items into the center and covered with a large tarp and thank goodness we did. Fritz did the work quickly as scheduled and impressed us (and our neighbors) with their professionalism. They covered some plantings and the house's siding before the tearoff (1 1/3 dumpsters worth). Some gutters were damaged because of the previous roof's set-up. I was getting nervous that the cost would go still higher, but was very pleased to hear that Fritz would replace most of the gutters and some of the downspouts at no extra cost. They had separate teams for roof, siding, and gutters, and all were excellent and courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and even came into the attic with us for debris removal. The days were scorchers they worked here. My wife gave them lemonade, water melon, and ice cream which they appreciated. Bottom line: not cheap but first rate work, and they will go above and beyond to complete the job right!

Their price and quality of work were excellent. They were responsive, punctual and professional. They did a good job.

I was given a quote 3 months before I was ready to committed to the job. Of the 5 quotes that I got Todd Fritz was the lowest. In May I was given a start date of thursday with completion at 3 days( saturday). I have no complaints about the crew, they were great. They arrived each day at 8am. They were professional and polite. I was never subjected to loud music or foul language as I had experienced when a neighbor's roof was done( another company). Each day the yard was cleaned up before they left for the day. My flower gardens were protected from damage. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction, thanks to Chuck. My only complaint is that Todd never communicated with me during the job or at it's completion. He was on site for a short time on the start date. I feel that he should have at least introduced Chuck to me. thanks guys, Great Job

John at Todd Fritz was very accessible and informative. He worked with us to select a good time to install the roof - we first contacted John back in February but wanted to wait until warmer weather to have this done. We decided to tear off our original roof even though it was only one layer in order to get GAF lifetime transferable warranty. His guys showed up on time and tore off only the amount of roof that they knew they could cover in a day. The next day it rained and they did not do any work but since they had only torn off what they could redo we had no leakage. They finished up the third day. I was very happy with their work and the guys in the crew were very nice. Todd Fritz was the lowest of our three quotes for the same system (lowest by $2 and $5K). All three contractors were selected through Angies list. We were somewhat concerned at first selecting the lowest bidder but after our conversation with John we were at ease. So we got the same GAF lifetime system that the other two contractors offered for a lot less money. Nice.

Professional, responsive, very high quality. Excellent clean-up and the crew was friendly. Returned twice to address unexpected problems that arose.

He was wonderful. He had a great reputation. He had done other people in our neighborhood and they were pleased. They did it quick like three days. I was very satisfied with the overcome. They were very good. It was a hundred degrees that week but they still kept working and did a great job. They cleaned up very well. They finished on schedule. The quality was excellent. We have another house and love them to come there, if we had any work.

He was a good roofer. The work was fine. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very efficient. The price was fair. We would have them back. They did a good job and we haven't had any leaks.

I called them to tell that we should get going but they didn't want to do it. They didn't call back so that isn't very professional.

The job went extremely fast. They brought in their own dumpster. They had the tear off completed and the underlayment installed by noon. The complete job was completed in one day. They cleaned the whole area and I only found a few nails and pieces of shingle areound the property.

Great experiance. Top shelf craftmanship. Cleaned up after the job.

I was going to go with them until I received another quote. I was a little frustrated with them because any time you called them, you got the answering service and somebody had to get back to you. I wasn't really thrilled about that. Their price was very reasonable. Anybody I talked to that had their work done liked it. I went with another company that was recommended by some friends and that I was more impressed with. Todd E Fritz gave me a free estimate. They gave me a good price. The only thing I was disappointed in was to have to access their answering service to get hold of them. I didn't always get a response to my phone calls. I was not at home when they gave the estimate. They were very professional in their brochures and their handouts.

I thought they seemed like a good reputable company. I felt maybe their expertise lie more in roofing rather than siding. Also, their price was so much lower. I was concerned that maybe they put in a low estimate. So I just wasn't as comfortable with what they would provide.

I was pleased with the job, overall. He did the job I paid him for. His pricing, the quality of his materials, and his promptness stood out.

Did not use this contractor, too expensive!!!!!!!!!

It was excellent. They were very clean, professional, and timely. I had a little problem with them returning my calls. Everything else was great.

We were very pleased with this company. Office contact was the only slow spot and after we had a cell phone number we had a quick return for our inquires. This form was first filled out in 2005.

It was fabulous. They did an outstanding job. They started and finished in one day. They were very professional and gave us a lot of information.

Great experience. Professional crew showed up on time and worked through the day. Tear-off was a little harder than expected, but the guys just kept at it. Final product looks great. Other than a lot of nails around the yard, no negative comments at all!

Crew arrived on time. No loud music. Cleaned up each day. The men were all very nice. This job was completed in extreme heat and in a timely manner. Dumpster 4+ were included.
