We stand behind any of the work that we do, including warranting all work completed, and including a free year of full-warranty, AND registering your equipment with manufacturer's warranties. We do need to charge what we feel is appropriate for our level of service, which has been uncompromising over the last 73 years. As with anything, there are costs to sending a fully trained service technician to your home.
