Well they quoted me $200 to $400. Thought it was a little high, since I fixed with $4 of Teflon rope and a $9 faucet.

Pay them $89.95 just to show up, walk around, write a work order for some outrageous amount that you would turn down, but pay them $89.95 for nothing? I will only pay for ACTUAL work performed. They do not warrant their work or materials. No discounts for seniors, the disabled, or for military.

We stand behind any of the work that we do, including warranting all work completed, and including a free year of full-warranty, AND registering your equipment with manufacturer's warranties. We also offer various discounts that we would be happy to discuss further. We do need to charge what we feel is appropriate for our level of service, which has been uncompromising over the last 73 years. As with anything, there are costs to sending a fully trained service technician to your home. Some companies roll that cost into their final invoices, but we let our customers know up front so that they can make the best decision for them. Jimmy K came and without hesitation, commenced doing the update for my Air Conditioner. He was very proficient in the work he was assigned to do. He did not hesitate to do what was needed to be done. He was very polite and professional. He informed me of all he had to do in every step of the way. He was a pleasure to talk to. He took his job seriously and completed the work in a great time span. Aaron finished his check and asked if we had any problems or concerns. He was very helpful and showed me how to work the humidity control on the thermostat. It was not turned on so he went through the steps on how to turn it on and adjust it to our comfort.

Aaron W. was the rep who came out from Taylor Heating. Can't say enough good things about Aaron. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Aaron went above and beyond my expectations. Very polite and businesslike. I think he is a rising star in your company. Would request him in the future in a heartbeat. As an example of his topnotch service, I mentioned we had a buried oil tank from when we had oil as our means of heating. He called his team leader and gave me advice as to where I can go to discuss what needs to be done with the tank before selling the house. Wonderful experience today with Aaron.

I've used Taylor to install a water softener and to fix some bathroom plumbing in the past, and today to install a new hot water heater and fix a laundry room faucet leak. Matt has been the service technician to come to my home. He is very knowledgeable in his field and very courteous. He did the job quickly, neatly and professionally. I will definitely use them in the future!

It was a Friday afternoon when I called the office panic stricken and Kathy handled my call very professionally and courteous. She had someone down to my house by the end of the day. Chris, the technician, was very polite and courteous and showed me what had happened-burnt parts and wires! He then proceeded to explain my options and gave me an estimation of the price. He was at my house for a few hours and was very patient explaining what happened and what repair or equipment was needed to me and my family. After I made the decision to have a completely new system put in, Michael came down from the office the next day to explain the financing and exactly what they were going to do. He was very polite and professional and took his time with me. Then the work began on that following Monday by a team lead by Tom. He, Jose and Jeff were excellent-courteous and very professional! Tom explained to me step by step as to what they were doing. They were very neat and cleaned up everything at the end of the day like they were never there! Tom had to come back two days later to install another piece. He was fantastic-he had patience and answered anything I had questions on from changing the filter to working the thermostat! He explained how the system works so that I would understand it. Overall, they made an extremely bad situation right! I would highly recommend them to anyone. The equipment, wiring, etc. looks top notch and I feel safer. They were one of the best professional teams I ever had at my house.

I was happy with installation of the water heater, as well as the punctuality and professionalism of Joe. The weather outside was awful--snow and ice on roads and driveway, but they still showed up at very beginning of the window I was given. Joe was very concerned about trying to keep our floors as clean as possible. He wiped up any snow/slush that he and his co-worker trekked in (as well as puddles brought in by my daughter when she came home from school!). The water heater works great and Joe made sure I knew a few details about the heater before he left. I would definitely use them again.

The technician arrived within 2 hours of my call to request service. The cost to have the technician come to the house to diagnose the problem was fair. The cost for the necessary replacement part and related labor was a bit high, but overall I am very happy with the level of service received. The technician took the time to carefully and thoroughly test the system to identify the parts that needed to be replaced. He explained everything very clearly and showed me the problems. I have used Taylor Heating and Plumbing for the past 7 years and would highly recommend them to others.

The representative that came to our home never emailed the proposal. Left messages for Michael Boyer twice. His lack of response lost Taylor a potential job.
