The work went smoothly and we're very satisfied. I was impressed that they stand behind their work by promising a hotel room if their system can't be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. They have a no lemon guarantee, also.

Sold me $858 of service and equipment that was not necessary. He came on short notice on time, and an associate brought the equipment so that could perform the service immediately, instead of only blowing out pipe, installed a pump, switch & pan.

"WOW - I WAS NOT AWARE OF A PROBLEM. WE DID INSTALL A SAFETY DRAIN PAN AND A SWITCH SO THAT THE WATER WOULD NOT RUN OUT AND CAUSE A PROBLEM WITH THE CEILING. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE AND I WILL BE GLAD TO DISCUSS THE PROBLEM WITH YOU. IF YOU TRULY BELIEVE THAT YOU DON'T NEED THESE ITEMS, WE WILL REMOVE THEM AND REFUND YOUR MONEY. THE PHONE NUMBER IS 328-9260. ASK FOR TONY."

The office calls the day before to confirm the appointment and give us a time frame for the service. The price is competitive with other companies. Taylor Heating was absolutely excellent. They are clean, polite, understanding and very considerate. When they come into your home it's like they're going into an operating room, that's how clean and professional they are. I can't say enough for them.
