"[Member Name Removed] I am very disappointed with this review. For as many times that I have helped you out over the years, this is the thanks we get? When you called me regarding your tenant's boiler issue I told you we are plumbers not an HVAC company. You replied you could not get on the schedule from other companies. However you were a return customer looking for a reasonable price to diagnose and repair your tenants boiler. So I rearranged my schedule to try and accommodate your situation, knowing that inclement weather was coming in quickly. I personally diagnosed that your thermostat was not working along with a bad thermal cupping. We replaced both and ran your boiler through a full cycle. All was operating per spec. I charged you for parts and 1 hour labor ($200.00). This was a very responsible price. Days Later you called back and we responded to find that your tenant was not familiar with operating a programable thermostat. We instructed the tenant once again how to operate the thermostat along with instructing how to over ride a scheduled cycle. We ran the boiler through a full cycle, all was operating per spec. This was a no charge. A couple of weeks later you called back to inform us that the boiler was not working again. At this point we were not available due to a work overload along with guys out from COVID-19. We were up front and informed you to call a HVAC company, you replied I will wait until you have availability. At this time we were not sure when we could reschedule your requested appointment because I was not available and my employees are not certified to work on boilers. We informed you to send your property manager out to diagnose if the thermostat was tampered with again hoping I could save you a service call from another company. I never herd back from you until I saw this review. I must admit that I was shocked to see such a preposterous review. As for your review it could not be further from the truth. If your going to wright a review at least have more truth to the story."
