Stanley Steemer

I was disappointed with Stanley Steemer. It was about 5 or 6 years ago and all I remember is that it didn't seem like they did anything. Nothing was gone or anything, that was fine but it didn't really seem like it was very clean. I would say one thing, they did offer to re-do it and I said, "never mind" so they were responsive in that aspect.

They had a coupon for $99.00 that's why we use them.

They did a fine job. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I have no complaints with the service.

They were terrible. They went over it once and they didn't want to work to take the stains out. They were cheap but I would not use them again in the future.

Stanley Steemer - Carpet Cleaning

I called Stanley Steemer, because of their advertising. I thought it would take longer to do the job than it did, but no problems. It cost more then I thought it would, I forgot that they advertise their lowest rate, so they had to add extra on to mine.

He was great. It was very easy to schedule him.

They were good. They were on time. They got the work done. They explained to me, and everything turned out to be okay. They did a good job. They were punctual. They explained what they were going to do. Their pricing was reasonable. They were very professional.

The Stanley Steemer crew called ahead of time to say they were on their way, were very professional upon arrival, made some good suggestions about the service and did a great job!! The carpets and furniture look great! Additionally, I was able to pay the bill and then leave to go to work. I would highly recommend them and will use them again...when the need arises.

My experience with Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner Company was terrible. They showed up on time. However, when they were done the rugs didn't look any cleaner. It looked like they just sprayed the rug with water. It looked like it needed to dry. I called them up about it and they told me that they would come by to check but I was not interested. I would not recommend them. I would not use them in the future.

They did a great job, from my initial contact with them to completion.

I have used them several times and I am always pleased with them. The quality of work is good. They gave me a quote when I called them but when the person came to work then I was charged $100 more.

the person doing the cleaning missed spots, only sprayed and extracted 1s and i had to instruct him that he was missing spots. after they left my rug smelled like wet dirty carpet i called to let them know and found out that he was new and they were sorry but they would not refund my money .

Great job. Showed up right on time and really worked hard to get the carpets cleaned. We had let it go too long and they were dirty. The team worked to get many stains out and did a great job overall. I would definitely use them again and not wait as long to do so!

We have used their services before. The cleaning went extremely well but the billing presented a problem that was eventually resolved after a series of calls.

They did an excellent job. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past however Stanley Steemer seems to do a much more effective job. Additionally, they were extremely flexible. I had to cancel an appointment on very short notice. They were very accommodating.

I liked Stanley Steemer's price for the work done. I thought that they were professional. I was glad that they came and did what they were supposed to do.

I have been getting Stanley Steemer for several years and they come every 6 months. Do a great job, they also leave me with cleaning products. I am always satisfied.

Stanley Steemer does good work, however, they are a little costly on the scotch guarding. I was pleased with the end result and would use them again.

Stanley Steemer came at last minute for us. We had a spill that happened on a Saturday, and we were going through the phone book looking for someone to come out and get it out in an emergency. Stanley Steemer was excellent and also did our hallway on the same trip.

The two workers that Stanley Steemer Carpet sent out were courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. They did a good job and I would recommend them to others.
