I typically do my own manicures but I decided to try gel nails because of their longevity without chipping. I got my first gel nail manicure out of town, so when I returned to ROC this week, I tried South Town Nails for my second. I found them to be friendly, professional, and efficient. The salon is large and open, and despite being very busy, the atmosphere was comfortable and relatively quiet. I thought their prices were reasonable and the quality was very good. I called to see if they accept walk-ins (they do), but they suggested making an appt, which I did for that day. Every manicure chair was occupied when I arrived and they indicated it would be about a ten minute wait, so I decided to get a pedicure first. Glad I did!
