1st off, having to wait over 2 1/2 weeks to service a new product is unacceptable. He showed up on time, but for a 4 hour window you better. I told him the vibration got better, missed toughed bolts when installed and those bolts self tighten.
He showed how the Cruise Control worked. It only engages in certain positions. Not in manual.
The deck height adjustment is false advertising. Husqvarna and Sears decided that the deck height adjustment with 10 positions was not worth making a new adjustment setting panel nor fixing the lift to accommodate those positions. Also not in manual.
He wanted nothing to due with the high idle. "Sound good to me".
When he started the tractor, he did not follow the recommended start-up procedure nor the transmission warm up time.
He tried to sell me an extended warranty. I told him, Why would I if it takes over 2 weeks for a repair. The sound of Crickets.
My feeling is he just wanted to move on and customer service was a low priority.
My foot pedal forward drive failed yesterday and I again have to wait over 2 weeks for a warranty covered issue. I am sure the same young guy is going to show up again.
I can't say all of this Blue Service is the same for all items but Sears keeps kicking back to these guys. I will be more than happy to hear and answer any rebuttal.
