a real pleasure to do business with , from the initial phone call to the service. Very profesional company with great turn around , less than 24 hours. Price was very fair. Tech was very personable and did the work in a timely and professional manner.

They did a nice job and cleaned up everything. The experience was very good. The salesman was very polite and very informed. He offered me several options. I picked a door that had windows in it which did cost a little bit more, but I liked the way it looked instead of the one which just had panels, but he offered me different options and different prices. The workman was very efficient. He went right to work and he was on time. Everything went very well. I didn't really compare their price with other companies. I had dealt with them before which was why I went with them and didn't question the price too much. I would use them again in the future if need be.

I couldn't ask for anything more. Service was friendly, on time, all work was completed as promised and everything was cleaned up.

Very nice on the phone. Tried to trouble shoot over the phone but had to come out. Jason came and was very nice. He called in to set up a time to come back out. They were able to come back the same week. No problems

Electric garage door was making weird groaning noises for several months but otherwise seemed to work OK. Then one day refused to open anymore. Quick inspection revealed that the big torsion spring which assists lifting was broken. Postponed repair, because I heard lots of Internet horror stories about overcharging schemes, and the complexity and hazards of doing it yourself (although the procedure is interesting). Finally consulted Angie's List and selected Roly-Door. Tech showed up at appointed time, and completed and tested the repair before I knew it. At no time attempted to sell me anything beyond what was needed to make things right. Shared his knowledge, advice, and some war stories, including a commercial installation where the spring was so big it took two men to carry it. Price was absolutely reasonable, which I know from having looked up the parts, which are available to anyone with Internet access.

The whole process went very smoothly

One spring had broken making garage access difficult. Called the office and made an appointment. Not a fan of the "4 hour window" but this is not limited to Roly Door. Tech arrived toward the beginning of the "4 hour window", which was nice. We asked that he replace both springs since it seemed likely the second would go very soon. Whole job took about 30 minutes. Very pleasant, very social technician. Great work. Great price. No complaints.

I was impressed as this was the only salesman to mention the larger clearance space needed for my door. Door was installed within the date estimated. Installer was clean and efficient. I would recommend these guys. There was a part missing when installed. The installer noted this. I did have to follow-up on the missing part, but when I did they were responsive and the part was here and installed within 2 weeks.

I bought the door from Tri-Co Door, but they had Roly-Door put it in. Incidentally, Roly-Door and Tri-Co Door are owned by the same company, so I didn’t really pay Roly-Door anything. The job went fine. There was nothing wrong with the quality of their work. I would recommend them to others; as a matter of fact, my next door neighbor had a door put in by them. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Very well. Roly-door said they would come out and can often do minor inspection and repair for $65.00 For that price, they got the door functioning , realigned the cable and pulleys, and secured a number of broken hinges. They also gave us a reasonable estimate to replace the door in the future.

Quote was timely and thorough. Installation was done around the date estimated. Installer was courteous, professional and efficient. There was one piece missing, which was ordered, and installed about 1 month later.

It was a reasonable price. The interaction went pretty well. The guy who did the work was quite knowledgeable, so he knew exactly what had to be done. The repairs have held up.

The salesperson was very helpful and provided all possible options. He did not push any particular line or price point. Installation was scheduled and completed as promised. The door looks & operates very well. I did not shop for price as previous reports on Angie's List were generally positive.

They did a very nice job. I spent about $1500 on the job. It is very difficult for me to judge the price. The quality of their work was excellent. I had a very good experience with them. I don’t think I’ll need to use them again but I’d highly recommend them.

They did a great job helping me find what I wanted without selling me everything. The doors came in good time. The doors were installed well, but it was not the prettiest install. Some nails were not flush and the remotes were not set up they way I asked.

Roli Door had to come out 2 times because they missed a 2nd problem with my garage door. I felt it cost me more for an additional trip.

It took two months for Roli Door to complete the job because they had to special order our door. The tech who installed the door was very friendly, and the door works fine. I would definitely recommend their services to others.
