Donna, who did the estimate, was quick to respond and knowledgeable. We did have to re-estimate details later after we learned more of how our floor had been constructed. The work was done quickly, within a few weeks. The re-finishers met with us to explain our options on repairs and we were asked to leave the house for the three day process. We came home to a relatively dust free, excellently finished floor. The best surprise was there were no surprises.

The people that they sent out did a terrible job, they didnt even know what they were doing. I had to fire them on the spot to get them to stop what they were doing. They ruined my hard wood floors and had to hire a different company to come back in and fix their mistakes.

Rochester Hardwood Floor did a great job. I called and they came right out to start the job it only took a day or two to get it done. I felt that they were very nice people and did a good job. They take great pride in their work.
