Worker's arrived on time and went right to work.  The installation was perfect and CLEAN!  They have installed hardwood flooring in 5 rooms for us.   EXCELLENT work !!!
I would recommend them to anyone looking to have hardwood flooring installed!  It's not much more than carpeting and you don't have to worry about stains or wearing.   Look no further...this is the company you want to hire!

I would put a sign in front of my house for this company!! They did everything they promised and more! They sanded and refinished all of our floors, they stained the dining room floor, and repaired multipul spots throughout the house that had cracks or holes in the wood floor. They were knowlegable and friendly. I would use them again in a heartbeat. If anyone tells me that they are getting hardwood floor work done I make them promise me that they will call this company. I love that it's a husband/wife duo that owns it, it gives it that small buisiness/family feel but the work they do is better than any big business could hope for.

Arrived promptly. worked hard. They did an excellent job and left house clean.

We hire this company to install hardwood flooring in the main floor which included to remove and reinstall the baseboard installed by the builder. Their estimate was $3500 plus $500 for the baseboard removal and reinstallation. Their two employees were friendly and professional. The problem were not the two guys who did the job, but the lady that is one of the owners of this company.
When the workers told me that they didn't remove the baseboards.
We found out that they damaged some of the baseboards with little cuts and also they made a hole in the plastic base of our brand new front door. I called the lady (owner) and told her that they made a mistake in the bill they sent because they were charging us for removing and installing the baseboards. I couldn?t finish talking and she started to yell at me. I never expected it such a rude reaction from her. I just wanted to tell her what happened and asking her to explain me the bill in a very polite way. She even told me that she will take us to court, which was also rude and very out of line. She is a very aggressive and rude person. She ended saying that she will give us a $200.00 discount from the $500.00 for the baseboards removal and reinstallation that they didn?t do.
We just didn?t want to deal with such a rude and aggressive person anymore, so we accept her discount and paid the bill. We have done lots of renovations in our former house and we have never had such a horrible experience. I really don?t recommend them.

I contacted this company via email for information and pricing and they were not very helpful.  My schedule does not allow me to use the phone much during business hours as I am constantly involved in meetings and presentations so I prefer to conduct as much business as I can via email.  When I contacted the company for pricing information I received the following response: "There are too many flooring types to just send out a quote, please call our office at the number below to give us more info."  When asked for more information or examples I received this response: "Installing Hardwood Floors would have a range of between $9-$13 sq ft. Oak would be on the low end."  Again, not very customer friendly or helpful.
After telling them I will work with someone else I did get a slightly more helpful response: "Via email, I can also quote you less expensive flooring.  But , realistically, most flooring installations end up being between $9-13 per sq ft.  There are MANY variables.  So, good luck.  We would be happy to come out  and measure and provide a written estimate, which is our usual practice."
Overall I like to work with companies that are working to earn my business and this one did not give me that feeling.  They did respond quickly via email but as you can see it was not the quality response I am used to getting.

Very well, highly recommend.  Made it easy.  Dustless system is pretty impressive. Expecting a big cleanup when they finished and it wasn't necessary.

They showed up on time the first day with a large crew to sand the floors.  Not - "dustless" but much less dust than I experienced with another company previously.  Workmen were courteous and friendly.  They were very accommodating when we decided last minute to add an additional room to the project.  Quality of the finish is excellent.  Provide tips on how to maintain the floors.  I would hire them again.

They showed up with a big crew and sanded all the floors. Very little dust.The following day the  floors were stained and the next day poly was added. (3 coates- one coat per day). Great job and very responsive to any concerns I had.

They provided an in-home estimate within two hours of me contacting them by phone and (because they'd had a cancellation), started work just two days later. Donna, who did the estimate, was unbelievably good with math, friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. The head of the crew who did the work met with me on the day they started work and went over everything - really carefully - with me before they started anything. The job was done on time, on budget, and there was not a speck of dust anywhere. All the other tradespeople who have been in our house since (we just bought the house, so are having a bunch of things done) all comment, with no prompting, how gorgeous our floors look. As for the repairs, you cannot even tell where they are - they blend seamlessly with the original boards.

Donna came over to scope out the job, provide details and an estimate. Wall to wall carpet covered the floor; i elected to remove it to keep cost down. We settled on a date, left the house for a few days to visit family and turned the place over to RHF. When we returned, the floor was perfect. A great finish, a better than good match to the existing floor, and no dust/dirt anywhere. Could not have been a better job. Well, free would have been good ;-)

I was very pleased with the service of the owners and staff. They all were very professional ,friendly and helpful. I can't beleive how beautiful my home looks. The results were beyond my expectations. The work was done in a very timely fashion. The crew arrived when they were scheduled and did a great job. I definately will have them back. NO DUST  !!!!  REALLY GUYS NO DUST. I have to say that moving things out of the rooms was a pain but then, how would they get to the floors Anne McGurk Brighton NY

Donna was a doll and so easy to work with. They had an estimate ready right away and worked hard--above and beyond--to get the matching stain for the existing floors!  They didn't even want a deposit! The only reason I rated them a B for promptness is because we were out of town and my step-son had to meet them at the house to let them in daily and lock up when they left each day.  He complained that on a few of the days they were no here when they said they would be.  Otherwise, perfect and I would definitely hire them again.

They were very good.  I didn’t get another bid but the price was reasonable.  They are efficient, they are punctual, they clean up, they do a decent job, and it is no hassle.

They polished it and cleaned it up.  They were very flexible because we changed our mind and thought that we would not get one of the rooms done but they did it for us.  They had to squeeze in the work because it was Christmas time and they still did it for us.  It was the day before Christmas. They were prompt to reply and the owner came and checked. The boys who worked were pretty decent and I could trust them. I could leave the house for half an hour and we were pretty happy with them.  They didn't leave anything behind, they cleaned up after themselves. There was no mess left behind and there was no smoking by the workers. Once we had a problem with another companies workers smoking and we don't want to expose our kids to that. These guys were very decent and very professional.  They came and did the job and cleaned up after themselves.  We didn't have to pick up anything. The quote that they gave us was reasonable compared to other places. They were very reasonable.

Overall, it was very good.  They were very efficient, they did excellent craftsmanship and they stuck to their quote.  It was not a necessarily straight forward job and lesser workmanship could have messed it up and they did a really good job in that regard.  In the end the price was competitive, although the original bid was 30% over someone elses bid and then they adjusted it.  What we paid in the end was good, it took some work to get there.  They were very punctual.   There was a couple of things that we weren't impressed with but the craftsmanship was excellent.  They didn't give us their best bid upfront, they clearly tried to get more out of us.  It wasn't until we almost went to someone else they dropped their bid 30% so I thought that was a little disingenuous.  I would use them in the future, but I'd get other competiting bids.  I don't trust them to give me an estimate, but their work is excellent. 

They were a pleasure to work with- start to finish.  They gave me an informal quote by email just to see if it was doable, based on my measurements.  They then came and gave an official quote.   Service was performed exactly as expected with minimal mess, was on-time, and the results are excellent - the stairs and the floor look great.  Did a fair job blending the old wood with the new in the area it  needed to be replaced.

Staff was friendly.  Always guided us with what to expect.  Would highly recommend.

The foreman quoted the job and was one of the men who did the initial sanding. They use the newest sanding equipment and vacuum attachment which minimized the dust level. They were quite meticulous in taping painted trim and draping the steps to contain loose dust before starting the job. All workmen were punctual and courteous. I was satisfied with the job and the cost to me was 30-40% less than the other two job quotes I obtained.

I am very impressed of this company. The staff were knowledgeable and professional. The job was done promptly and neatly. I needed some unexpected wood replacement, Kelly was very accomodating and completed the job very well. Thanks.

I had 3 large rooms refinished so I did have to move out for several days. Then an extra day had to be added when the stain didn't completely dry. They sealed off the other rooms while they worked, leaving very little sawdust for me to clean up. They were prompt and courteous at all times. My floors are beautiful and I get loads of compliments.

Needed work done with less than two weeks prior notice. Availability was the deciding factor between this company and another service provider with same price quote. Workers showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and came back daily as scheduled. Work was completed on time, and quality is beautiful. I would highly recommend this company, and would hire them again.

The first contact was with an answering service. However, we recieved a call back on the same day. The do free estimates and it was a postive experience. We contracted with them and they completed the work as scheduled and within the estimate. The work was very good quality and we have been happy with the floors. They even came and did some minor repair work several months later for free. I would recommend them.

The whole process was very simple. Donna came and estimated the work and called to confirm times the day before installation. On the first day the crew turned up on time and removed the existing carpet, installed, sanded and stained the hardwood. They returned each of the next 3 days to urethane the new floor and installed the new shoe molding on the final day. There was a minimal amount of dust as they contained the room while they were working. Everyone was very professional and polite. I have used this company before and would recommend them highly.
