I own properties and have asked David to do some pretty heavy duty repairs. Last yr. he raised and leveled a large 2 story porch that 6 others refused to touch due to risks/labor involved. This yr. he fixed a sinking porch on a SFH. I had some concerns about the finished product and he came out and remidied it, no fanfare, no drama. Impressed with his integrity as I had already paid him when I requested the changes. (Don't recommend you do this, however....this is out of the ordinary)

Recon demolition gave me a competitive offer on the job and had extremely accurate timing estimates for job. Completed demolition of two story barn garage structure in 2 hours and hauled it away. Overall would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a demolition project!

David and Lionel renovated my very old bathroom in my condo. The plumbing was a mess and very old. David and Lionel did a great job with removing the difficult to remove 40-50 year old plumbing. David and team installed a beautiful tub to walk-in shower conversion, new toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, lighting and exhaust fan (which I didn't have previously), new flooring. Very good quality, attractive materials at a very reasonable price. I definitely will call them when I need more renovations done. I recommend them to anyone, especially if you have old, problematic existing materials.

We needed new railings on our stairway. A small job really. Dave came to give us an estimate on Friday, got the wood and stained and coated them that day at his place. The next mooring he and Lionel (both great guys) came back, installed the new railings, cutting them to exact size, fixed the ends, and we were done. Great job and tremendous service.
