Dave and Micah from Pinnacle were fantastic, they were on time, very personable and professional and very knowledgeable about the products they were using . They also went above and beyond as they assisted me with a spot clean on another piece of furniture. They were even able to offer an estimate for cleaning and sealing the tile and grout in my home.

Two very nice young men were right on time.  Explained what they were going to do and the process their company used.  Their van was clean and  well maintained (on the outside - didn't see the inside).  Carpets had not been cleaned since they were installed. Mainly because I really didn't know who would do a good job.   The stair had gotten quite soiled, and there was quite a traffic pattern on the other carpeting.  I was afraid that they would not come close to looking clean.  However, after  a thorough cleaning they look great.
I did not ask for protectorate when setting the appointment, however it was no problem to add it at the time of service.
Very pleased with the results and will call this company again in a couple of years to make sure I keep the carpet looking good.

I had not had my carpets cleaned in over 2 years (28 months to be exact) .. there was normal wear and tear, spots ... normal stuff that life brings.    Living alone in a townhouse, I moved what I could, they took care of the rest.   I have all wool high end wall to wall upstairs and a man made down stairs and both came out looking like new ... these guys did an amazing job (Jesse & Dan ..  THANK YOU!).   My stairs look refreshed and new.
I have used them before (28 months ago) same group, same management, so this is a trustworthy organization ...  I simply left my lock box code, they came in worked their magic and I came home to immaculate tile and carpet.
I know that a lot of places advertise $99 a room, but my price included many many additional optional services .. so do not let the price scare you.   I did all the add on's because this is my home and I want to keep my investment looking great!

We are getting a new couch for our living room and painting the walls.  As such our living room was emptied out of all furniture.  I decided last Sunday that our carpet should be cleaned professionally before the new couch showed up.  Emailed them via Angie's list Sunday evening.  Had a reply Monday AM.  Scheduled it for Thursday AM at 8:30.  Jessica replied to my Angie's list message and then gave me a phone call to verify the details of the scheduling and give me an initial quote based on the info that I provided.  We agreed on Thursday morning at 8:30am.  Kevin showed up with another employee (I unfortunately forget his name) and I showed them the living room.  I then left them to it.  About half an hour later the rug was clean and I was settling up with Keith on the spot.  I am very happy with the work they did and our carpet looks wonderful.  The employees were very professional and courteous.  We're already talking about using them again next time we have a need.

We contacted Pinnacle through angle's list, since there was an offer of 15% off, and their reviews were very positive.  It was tough to describe over the telephone how large the couches were, and I ended up overestimating their size (e.g. XL and L vs. L and M).  When the technician showed up he quickly revised the quote (downward! :-)), and quickly went to work.  
We definitely are going to be able to push another five or so years out of these couches, and they look fabulous!

I brought the rugs to their location - a bit out of the way off Jefferson road - and told them what I needed.  they inspected the rugs and told me what the procedure would be for each of them.  they were different types of rugs so there was a different procedure for each.  they did the work and called me when it was ready and I picked the rugs up.  good job,  very professional, very courteous.  I would use them again.

They were very prompt in responding to my Angie's List message and we got the appointment set up easily. They showed up on time, we walked through the job together, and then I closeted myself and my dogs in one room while they got to work. They were done in the time frame they'd estimated and took good care of my furniture. After they finished, we walked through the job again to be sure it was what I wanted. All-in-all, an excellent experience. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They were right on time and were very pleasant to speak with.  They did a great cleaning job on my rugs and I would definitely have them back. They took my 5X7 rug over to their shop to be clean, so I should get that back shortly.  I would highly recommend them.

They arrived on time. Were very careful in evaluating the stain. Tested the removal chemical on a less conspicuous spot first and then successfully removed the stains and followed by dry cleaning the entire sofa. They were neat, personable and professional. I would definitely use them again.

The Pinnacle team clean our large (approx 1000 sq. ft.) living room / dining room area and stairs that lead to the basement.  The carpet is very light and has a lot of high traffic areas, but they did a great job.  They also took special care of the furniture, putting little styrofoam blocks under the legs of each piece.
In addition to doing a great job, they are also very trustworthy.  They cleaned our carpet while we were away on vacation and I would not think twice about having them do that again.  We will definitely Pinnacle Eco Clean again in the future.

.I just moved in and the stairway carpet was really dirty. My three dogs also track dirt into the house.We had a bad snow fall last night but the cleaning service was on time and efficient. Everyone at the company was pleasant. The carpet looks very clean and no bad smells. I would use them again

My kitchen floor and entryway are ceramic tile. Both have been cared for over the years but never professionally cleaned and the grout had darkened and accumulated some stains. Piinacle came out a couple days after I called and prepared an estimate which I accepted, and two workers showed up to do the job within less than two weeks. They did all the heavy lifting (moving fridge, table, benches, etc.) and used a combination of manual and automated tools to clean and seal the floor and then replaced the furniture. The job took about two hours and the floor looks like new. Workers were courteous and careful, price seems reasonable to me for all that was done and the results are terrific. I have no hesitations about recommending or calling Pinnacle again for this or the other services they perform.
