Penfield Window Cleaning

I will hire them for sure for any further exterior window cleaning for our home. They did an excellent job from great service to get a quote to the day of the work to be completed. Brett H.did a wonderful job...all windows were crystal clear when he left. Terrific Job!!

We hired them to power wash 236 units in our HOA. They did a fantastic job. Chris, the owner and his crew worked through the 90 plus degree heat and were professional and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them.

Prompt service when call for price quote and execution of job to be done. They arrive on and took care of business. It good to have people that want your business.

I needed my gutters cleaned because of water overflow, also asked if did windows, that was a yes! But 3 days later when he was done w/ other jobs he did clean my gutters and I reminded him of the 1/2 moon window that I wanted to have done, he said he for got his equipment to do so.. Bull shit !! It's a Pail, soap & a squeeze , not impressed

Had my gutters cleaned by Penfield Window Cleaning. They did a good job and were very courteous! My only complaint would be they left some debris on my deck for me to clean up.

Power washed the house and cleaned the windows outside.

Our exterior windows had never been cleaned and we were looking to get a quote from a window cleaning company. I submitted my information to Home Advisor and we received a hand delivered quote from the owner about an hour later. The window technician arrived on time and the owner was also onsite to inspect the quality of the work.

I would not recommend this company. They did manually remove debris and put it in garbage bags, but they allowed a lot of it to fall on all the lower roof areas of the house which I found after they left. I had to clean up all of those areas so that debris would not go back into the gutters that they just cleaned. They charged me twice the amount originally quoted because they were very dirty. Unfortunately, they left a big mess thatIi had to clean up myself. When I called the company about the mess, they owner said he would come over the next day to look at the mess but He never came. My advice - hire someone that cleans gutters and knows they need to cleans up after themselves, not one that washes windows.

Overpriced and poor quality job.

They were early for the appointment. They answered any questions I had and anything that they had to move they put back.

They spent extra time cleaning windows that were extremely dirty from construction around us. Windows looked great and have recommended them to others!

At this house, the workers did not use a blower and make a mess. They cleaned the gutters by hand and the debris was put into the garbage can.

Chris and his team did an excellent job to make the exterior of the house look brand new! These guys know what they're doing!!! Will definitely call them back to do our windows and gutters this Fall!! Thanks guys!

Not sure of the quality of work. Have not had rain to test gutters.

They provided service under difficult circumstances without complaint.
