You will receive a custom CD or DVD filled with all of the drivers and software you ask us to put on your new computer. We never install 3rd Party bloatware. We only install what you ask for. We update your new computer with the latest drivers, patches, and service packs prior to delivery.* Hardware and software sold is governed by their individual manufacturer warranties. We do not try to scare you into buying an expensive warranty plan. Labor will be free of charge to repair hardware under warranty for the first 18 months. All of this is included in your new computer purchase. *Hand delivery and professional installation requires delivery to a residence in Rochester, NY or one of its suburbs.
