Zero stars. Booked an appointment. Clarified this was an apartment bldg with 4 units. Repeatedly asked that quote was for all 4 units. Confirmed. Then they get it here and the price changes. Inconvenienced me and my tenants. THEY DO NOT HONOR WHAT IS IN WRITING!!

It was a wonderful experience. The workers were very nice and the work they did was perfect.

4 men came to clean, including the 2 owners of the company. They explained everything and left everything spotless. They were $100 cheaper than other companies too! They also checked the air filter in my furnace and installed it properly along with securing the combs with tape since they were broken. A++ work. Will be using them again. Thanks guys. Monica W. 

Indoor Environmental Air Specialists, Inc. did an excellent job. They were a little bit late but they called ahead to let me know. The young men that were working were very respectful, efficient and made sure they just did a good job. I have dust allergies and the ducts hadn't been cleaned in a while and so their work made a significant difference, they were very professional, friendly, they knew what they were doing and they explained the process in the beginning, so when I heard a noise, I kind of had a general idea of what was going on so I wasn't caught offguard.

They informed us as to what they'd need to do, and it was very smooth. Gave us good advice.

Excellent work from start to finish. This is a business run by two brothers, one does the estimate, the other manages the team doing the ductwork, so there was no miscommunication. They were punctual and professional, and as I said above, gave us a tour of our furnace system. I appreciated that although they informed us about other services, they didn't do a "hard sell," and were respectful when we declined. They also offered much helpful advice on "green" products for keeping the basement -- and thus the air in the house -- cleaner. I also appreciated the fact that -- unlike our heating company -- they showed us how we could perform certain maintenance (like filter replacement, or how to get the fan working) by ourselves. Overall, they were fantastic, and I will definitely use them again the next time we do this.
