Quality of installation and cleanup was excellent.  Work was done by their contractor Solid Surfaces.  Please to use them again for two additional bathrooms.

Replaced an over the stove microwave.

Bright sunny day, perfect opportunity to do some garden work. Went to the local Home Depot for some lawn and garden supplies and was ready to break my back lifting and removing many bags of soil, mulch, and stone from the shelves to my cart, and then to my car. To my surprise, a friendly Home Depot employee suggested to just tell the cashier up front what I was buying, how many of each item, and they would load it all into my vehicle.
After paying, true to their word, a Home Depot employee was waiting outside for me to pull up and load my purchases into my car. I'm going to keep this in mind the next time I stop in.

The only problem with the service was there was a damaged shelf. The worker that we dealt with said he would take care of it and then we never heard back so we contacted them a month later. The lady that we dealt with then took care of it and ordered the new shelf for us and we had it three weeks after. We like the cabinets and they are high quality. We have not had any other problems.

Home depot Company supplied the materials and contracted the installation work to another company. We ordered the sink and we wanted to order matching faucets but when my husband went in they told him that the faucets were not in stock even when they were. So we had to wait for six to eight weeks for them to come in. When we finally got all the things, the plumber who came to install the faucets did not get the valves for it. I thought that the sales man from Home Depot should have known that before hand. He should have ordered the valves along with the faucets. Also, he told me that the valves would cost me another $300 and we had to wait another week for it to come in. I told them that they should have known that in the beginning and that I wasn't willing to pay extra for the valves. On the whole, communicating with the people in Home Depot was really hard. Also, we were leaving on vacation at that time and so the delay was very frustrating. They took months to finally deliver all the parts. They didn't know what they were doing but they came through in the end. Their prices were pretty good too. However, we would not use Home Depot again at least for bathroom remodeling.

They had a very good guarantee and we liked the windows. Home Depot backed their work with a lifetime guarantee. The person who installed them was very professional and knew what he was doing. He had been in the business for a long time. He did a really professional job. A big picture window had to be done twice because we didn't like the segmentation and they replaced it which was good but they gave us double pane instead of triple pane and the guy who came out to fix it was not as good and was a little more sloppy. Overall we are very pleased with the windows, they have performed in an excellent way. I'd tell you to get Simonson because they are a really good window. They are excellent windows. Home Depot called back to make sure we were happy with our windows. The only problem was the picture window. I would tell you to use Home Depot but to watch out for any problems. The windows are amazingly energy efficient.

I like that the workers Home Depot used were friendly. They were professional. I would recommend Home Depot for the help they gave me in putting up my new cabinets.

I wish that Home Depot would have given me a two hour window and they just showed up. The door is beautiful. It is exactly what I had asked for. They clean up everything, even the wood chips.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH ORDERING THE PRODUCTS WAS VERY POSITIVE. ALL THE PRODUCTS CAME IN ON TIME WITH NO MAJOR PROBLEMS. ONE CABINET DOOR WAS REPLACED PROMPTLY. THIS MADE THE WORK FOR OUR INSTALLER GO SMOOTHLY.
