Glass Block Service
The windows themselves are nice and I've had not problems with them. However, they rescheduled once on me, called me after their scheduled arrival time for the second appointment saying they were "running a little late", and didn't actually arrive for another 2.5 hours, with no apology. It ware very frustrating to have to take off two half-days from work, then have to take the rest of the second day off because they couldn't get their act together.

Glass Block Service
Glass Block Window Company Inc missed the first appointment, so that didn't start us off on the right foot. Then, after the install it rained, and the windows leaked. I have called them several times to come back and repair them. However, I haven't heard back from them.
