mirrors, mirrors for a gym, a replaced window and 3 windshields done by
them. Will definitely be using them in the future.

They were very professional and quick. They cleaned everything up leaving my family room looking like nothing had happened. Great job!

Service was outstanding.  They gave me help on how to measure, I called in the measurements, and 4 hours later the order was ready for pickup.  They even suggested the correct mastic to glue the mirrors and had the product in stock for sale.  Other places I called weren't interested in my small job, or said they were so busy it would take months before they could get to my requesst.  I will definitely suggest this company to others.  They were very busy when I went to pick up the order, so a lot of folks must also know the quality of their work, and the high level of service.

Every step in the process was outstanding and exactly as anyone would hope for. I had submitted an end of day inquiry via Angie's List for work I indicated was not urgent and not an emergency. By roughly mid-day the following day, a representative had stopped in the morning and provided an estimate for the work (without my needing to be present). I signed and returned the quote the same day and received a response that someone would be out to fix within roughly 1.5 weeks (10 days) which was fine since work was not emergency and not urgent for me. The scheduler contacted me a few days before that and a date and time agreed upon. The worker (Dave) showed up exactly as expected and had the work completed in less than an hour. Everything was put back as was and no mess was left. I found Dave to be polite, courteous, friendly, and efficient. I am extremely pleased. Genesee Glass & Mirror will be my go-to provider for these types of services. Communication and responsiveness were exceptional.

I had called Ray Sands Glass 4 different times trying to get an appointment to do the job.  They never returned my call!  A totally different story with Genesee Glass!  My call was picked up, an appointment was made within about a week.  They came out, did the job.  The cost was reasonable.  They picked up after themselves. They were pleasant on the phone and in person.  I would certainly recommend them!

Excellent service. They were on time, (maybe early), took care to not damage floor and vaulted ceiling (close to their heads when they were on the scaffold) worked efficiently and well together, and cleaned up.

Called in the morning & they were there within an hour for a measurement & a price estimate. We agreed on the price & they came back later(within two hours) & installed the mirror. The job was done quickly & neatly. The installer(Dave) was polite & professional. It was a real pleasure to do business with such a great company! Any future mirror and/or glass work I need done will be done by this company!

Everything went well, from the estimate, to pricing, to installation and follow-up.  They (as well as other repair companies) alerted us to the fact that we may need to do some touch-up painting after they were finished.  However, they did such a great job, I really do not need to do anything with painting.  The crew was very professional, efficient, and clean.  They were very careful in doing their job and worked extremely well together as a team.  They were friendly and courteous.  This 4-member team were a pleasure to have in our home repairing our windows  Back at the office, Barry was always helpful as we went through the process of obtaining quotes from other companies.  He was very patient with us while we took our time learning about glass replacement as well as window replacement.  He answered all of our questions throughout this process.  We will use Genesee Glass & Mirror again for any glass repairs that we may have in the future.

Heard back from them quickly.  Was able to schedule the appointment day and time I needed.  Repairman extremely polite, friendly and ethical (he refused a tip!).
