Mike and Chris came when to my home at the designated time. They were very professional and did a wonderful job with my windows. I had some questions regarding what I thought was a stain on my class in the florida room and they explained that a seal on my window had broken and the smoky spot on my window was caused by condensation. They gave me the name of a company that they use that my be able to repair this for me. I was very pleased with the service. I would recommend them and will have them back again.

I contacted Fish Window cleaning for an estimate for washing our windows.  The president of the company came out within several days to see our house.  He politely knocked on the door and explained who he was and that he would be walking around the house to be able to give us an accurate work estimate.  I received his estimate within a day or two with complete information about the company and what they would were promising to do. The estimate was not the lowest I received but seemed fair and the level of professionalism was clearly superior.
I called the company and was able to set a date for about a week and a half later for the work to be done.  The cleaners came on time and worked very hard.  They were courteous and discussed with me some problems they discovered in terms of broken seals and worn out screens.  Before they left, they encouraged me to check all the windows to see if they had been done to my satisfaction.  The had overlooked 2 interior windows in the garage.  I asked about this and they immediately apologized and cleaned them on the spot.  The work was all very well done and the professionalism of the whole operation impressive.

Great. They showed up on time, were professional, and respectful of my home, dogs, and privacy.

They were really fast with delivering a quote. A pair of workers showed up at the appointed time and got right to work. Overall, the windows look great. Way better then before the cleaning. After they were gone i noticed a few streaky spots, but overall they did a good job. They finished my two story house with some tough to reach windows in 2.5 hours. I would use them again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful! They were prompt, very professional & efficient. I have hardwood floors on my 1st floor & they brought in padded tarps to protect them. They gave a 2 hr window for arrival when I booked the appointment but that day I had a schedule change. When I called the office that day, Laura was able to tell me exactly when Paul & John would be arriving and they were there! 
I will never clean my own windows & storms again! All windows & storms are clean & streak free & all the screens are vacuumed!! I will be calling again in the spring to have all this done again.

Amazing work.  I find myself looking out the windows a whole lot more and enjoying the view.  Like night and day.  Really excellent.  The cleaner was an artist with his work.  Would highly recommend.  The lady on the phone was so sweet!

A crew of two very courteous and professional men cleaned all of our windows inside and out including screens.  They did an excellent job, were careful about things in front of the windows, came on time, and charged a reasonable price.  We plan to hire them again.

They were very customer- focused and came to my home in advance of the work with an estimate and explanation of their services. They then showed up as scheduled and worked quickly to get the job done. We were very satisfied and I would use them again so I recommend them to a friend and neighbor.

Young lady arrived on the dot and worked continuously all day, not missing a spot.  Friendly, efficient, professional.  Impressive!

Shanyc showed up early and started on the outside windows.  She did a great job, followed all my directions and never stopped working.  Oskar and Anthony came about an hour or so later.  Anthony was being trained and Oskar was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating different techniques.  Later, Shanyc and Anthony worked as a team, with Shanyc taking the role as team leader,  helping Anthony with the job.
Except for some spots on the sills which needed wiping the next day, the job was done completely and well.  It made a huge difference in the schools appearance.
 Oskar gave the school a great price and even honored his "10% discount for Angie's List members" offer.  I would absolutely call FISH window cleaning again.

Beth and Josh arrived on time and got right to work.  They removed the inserts and screens and washed the windows inside and out.  They worked efficiently and carefully and were very neat.  Beth found one gutter to be loose on one end and nailed it back into place without even being asked.    She also recommended a repair alternative for a couple of double-paned windows that have lost their seal and gotten a bit cloudy.  All this and the windows look great!

He was very professional and personable.  The only comment is that he came a day earlier than scheduled.  He was supposed to come at 2 PM on 5/16 but actually showed up on 5/15.  Since I was home, it was fine.
The mistake that I made was I didn't mentioned to the office that the windows hadn't been washed in two years (I just moved in in April) and then needed to be scrubbed rather than just washed.

The service went well. I would definitely use them again.

Fine - punctual and did the job

Very quick to set up a time and provide an estimate.   Prompt for the estimate and professional.  The workman showed up on time, was polite.  We did raise the price from the estimate as our windows need extra attention due to corrosion from metal screens per the workman.  Perhaps the only downside was that this could have been part of the original estimate.   Overall the price was fair and the service was very good.  I would use them again.

The call to the company was responded by a friendly receptionist who efficiently scheduled a time and date for the window cleaning.    The cleaner was on time and called before arrival.

The service was excellent.  The two young men who performed the service were obviously very experienced.  They were quick, neat, and very quiet. I hardly knew they were here, except that the windows sparkled once they were done.  I did not get other estimates, so I cannot honestly say how the price compared with other companies.

I have used them now twice in the past five years. They're phenomenal. Very trustworthy, even thought they give discount for the job they've done, but they didn't discount the service, they didn't cut corners or anything.
