Returned home after a quick morning errand to discover main door would not open. Knew it was the torsion spring from previous incident which had been addressed by another company. Since the previous repair (new spring) had lasted only a few years I did a quick search of Angie's list and contacted Felluca based on multiple positive reviews. It was a cold call but I was treated like a regular customer. Within two hours a service technician was at my home; the door was fully functional within 30 min. I paid less than half of what I coughed up to the other company and there was no upsell pressure. Parts appear to higher quality although only time will tell. Gentleman was friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again.

The technician arrived within the committed time slot. After checking the opener, he explained what needed to be done, its cost and the time it would take. He then finished the job in a very professional manner. He also provided helpful hints on maintenance of the garage door and opener.

When my husband left for work, I heard a very loud sound that came from the garage. I looked out, didn't notice anything and continued getting ready for work. When I went to leave, the door would go up about a foot and close again. I tried to open the door manually, but it wouldn't budge. We have used Felluca before, so I called them around 9:15 am. The gentleman that answered was very pleasant and assured me someone would be there within 90 minutes to get me on my way to work. The technician arrived in under 90 minutes, knew exactly what needed to be done, fixed it and was gone all in under 45 minutes. I can't say enough about their exceptional customer service and professionalism. Will continue to use them and recommend them.

It went well. There was one issue. They made a couple of recommendations. so far, everything is going excellent.

The left torsion spring broke. With the winter storm expected to bring 12" snow that day and my snowblower stuck in the garage, I called Felluca the morning of 2/10 to see if they could squeeze me in. I talked to Jerry and he said he do his best to see if anyone servicing in the area could work me into their calls. And a few hours later, I got a call that a technician was in the area and could stop by. I met the technician at the house and within 20 mins, he had replaced both springs (he recommended replacing them in pairs) and tightened up existing hardware and lubed the tracks and I was back in operation. I was greatly appreciative of Felluca for fitting me in on the same day that I had called.

I had some damage to the garage door due to a family member closing the door while a car hatchback was up. Contact with the hatchback popped some of the door wheels out of the track. The guy from Felucca showed up on time, fixed the problem and serviced the door to put it in top shape. The fee was fair for the services provided. Top notch service from Felucca.

The entire experience was excellent. I called on Dec. 31st. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and outlined the costs clearly. They estimated 140-150 dollars. They were able to come on Jan. 2. The technician, Ron, did the repair quickly and reinforced the door where the bracket connected in. This was because the kind of connection it was was weak and prone to fatigue (which I had noticed myself). The charges were on target and he didn't find any other problems.

Our garage door was stuck after my wife put it down leaving the house on a Friday night. I called Felluca Friday night and left a voicemail message. They called about 9 am the next morning (Saturday) and had a technician out by late morning. Appreciated the quick response time, especially when the door was stuck half open and cockeyed! The tech was only there for about 10 minutes (it was a pretty simple fix if you know what you're doing) and resulted in a $70 bill, which wasn't too bad.

My garage door opener would not close the door. I called Felluca Overhead Door, Inc., based on their ratings on Angie's List. They determined that the existing battery-operated safety eyes were no longer working correctly and they recommended that hard-wired safety eyes be installed instead. Ron came over later in the day and installed the new safety eyes and they have worked perfectly ever since. Ron was a real pro and also lubricated the door rails and hinges while he was there.

This is the 2nd time I have used Fellucia. The first time they came out to fix our garage door as it was making a horrible noise when we opened it. The technician fixed the problem and then went a tightened all our pulleys and adjusted both doors so that they were straighter. I didn't even ask him to do this! This time I called them because our othe garage door busted a spring. They came out within two days and replaced the spring. The technician was very polite and explained to me that we needed to lubricate the springs once a year. He sprayed all four springs and left me the rest of the can which he said she get me another 3 or 4 years. I am very impressed with Fallucia. The cost of both services were way below what I thought they would be.

The whole process was done quickly and professionally., Garage door now opens and closes easily, We were very pleased with their responsiveness and workmanship.

After my garage door busted a bolt on the track I called Felluca to come over and take a look. The repair person stopped by on a Saturday, reviewed the situation and advised that it was only a small issue that he cloud fix. He quoted me a price and I agreed and 1/2 hour later my garage door was fixed and working perfectly. Great experience all-around with this company.

I called on the day of my closing to have a garage door repaired. It was missing the springs. I saw that Felluca had an excellent rating from Angie's list. I was pleasantly surprised when the man on the phone said they could come right away! The service technician arrived as promised and was thorough and professional. Did an excellent job. Will have Felluca return to install the opener next week.
