The work was scheduled promptly, the team arrived on time, did a great job and left the property clean and tidy. Iâ m having them come back to power wash the house.

The owner is honest. True to his word. They did the paint of our new house. We trusted him so we hired him again for house power washing. He shows up on schedule and giving us affordable pricing. He's good man and can be trusted.

The power washing of our home was excellent. Vince even walked me around to show the results. Unfortunately (for me) I was too busy looking at the home and completely forgot to look at the front door walkway (cement slabs) - which we agreed in advance would be part of the overall job, and the price I paid. Upon realizing this miss, I called and spoke with Vince. He assured me he and his crew would return and complete that portion of the job. He did not return. I have spoken with Vince at least 3 times since, and he always made the commitment by *such and such* time to come back and do the walkway. The last time we spoke was 2 weeks ago, and every time after we would talk, Vince and his crew have been a *no call, no show*. At this point, I do not believe I will ever hear from Vince again - let alone seeing the walkway cleaned. I have given up. I guess I will have to do the work myself. I have held off in submitting this review, in hopes that Vince would return. If he should return, I will modify/amend this review more favorably. Again, the work Vince and his crew did was very, very good. It is the follow through on the missing element which causes this current review.
