It is a trust issue. Maybe it's that they are just so charming and I'm trusting the wrong people but I trust them. Their prices are good. They're good. They're prompt and they take you in. They're honest. From now on this is where I will go on a regular basis.

Very well. I moved out of area but would urge people to try Dunn.

I called on Saturday and made an appointment for the following Tuesday.  I arrived at the scheduled time, checked the car in and asked how long the repair would take.  The service person asked if I could leave the car for an hour.  I said fine; I would be shopping.  I returned to the store 30 minutes later and saw my car was still where I parked it when I came in, but I went to the waiting area.  Thirty minutes later I went up the desk to ask how it was coming, and saw it was still in the same spot!  The service person admitted they hadn't started work on it, and that he would expedite it.  I asked how long it would take and was told 10 minutes.  Twenty minutes later I went up to counter and it still wasn't finished.  I finally got out of there after an hour and half just to have a nail pulled out and the tire repaired.  The manager waived the cost for the repair and only charged for the new stems ($6), but since this is not the first time I have had a ridiculously long wait for service work there I AM DONE WITH DUNN.

The service was a good experience and the staff is very pleasant.

I've used them for a number of years. I get lifetime balancing and rotation with the purchase of the tires.

Over the years, I've purchased a number of tires from Dunn Tire. I have always received excellent service and quality. They honor their warranties - I pulled into their lot with a punctured tire and they repaired it immediately without cost or question.

I buy most of my tires from them. My daughter’s car is probably going to need tires soon, so we’ll probably go there to get them. I haven’t decided yet. The price seems to be good, and I like that they have the out the door price so I know how much everything is going to be. What keeps me using them is they are close and they seem to do what they say they will do, so I have no reason not to use them. They are pretty honest about what I actually need done too.

I don't know how much detail you need for this evaluation, tire changing is pretty much straight forward. Suffice it to say that I would return to Dunn for future tire needs.

Price was right and few issues addressed.

I really felt like they were very good. They had a warranty and I had a flat tire the next day and they replaced it with no questions asked. They are very good.
