DOAN PRE AUCTION OUTLET

Though I hate dealing with used car dealers and salespeople, I agreed to help my mother purchase a new to her minivan. We looked at several places before settling with Doan Pre-Auction Outlet. The salesman was friendly and not too pushy. Gave us time to look over the vehicle and showed us the service that Doan had performed on it. Almost all of the services could easily be verified by looking at the vehicle. My overall experience was pretty good. My mother is happy so I am happy. :-) The reason I gave them a C for quality is because I test drove the vehicle and noticed that it pulled to the right just a little bit. They supposedly had the shop look into it, but the day after my mother brought home the minivan the right front caliper froze up. Normally I would be very unhappy about this but they did take care of the repair at no cost to my mother. Though not happy they didn't fix it when I told them it pulled a little bit to the right, they did fix it at no cost and in a very timely fashion (hence A for responsiveness).
