Trevor was great to work with. He is responsible and kept me well informed of the schedule. Mathew and Chuck were on time, worked super hard and handled my equipments with care. The treadmill and elliptical were really heavy but they moved them with a smile. I would definitely recommend BAMT.

Worst experience ever did not finish wanted to up price half way through very nasty I'm a 70 year old female and Tryvon tried to bully me out of more money. He showed up in a old rusty VAN and started complaining how long it was taking him I was expecting a moving truck

It went great. They moved us quickly, efficiently and on short notice. They provided incredible service. I'll be recommending Trevon and his team to everyone I know that needs a local moving service.

I made arrangements with Trevon from BY ANY MEANS TRANSPORT for an upcoming move and paid a $325 deposit. Trevon was very pleasant on the phone and offered boxes for me to pack goods that my family planned to help move. Three different appointments were made for the box delivery, and all three resulted in either a no-show or a cancellation. The boxes are not the issue - the unreliability, inefficiency, lack of consideration and work-ethic are. The last appointment was scheduled for 6:00 AM, at Trevon's suggestion - this appointment resulted in a text message at 5:30 AM to Wanda (not my name) stating that he could come later so I could sleep! I waited until 10:30 AM that morning and then called but no answer and no voice mail available. Shortly thereafter I received a text message asking if I needed help. I responded that I wanted to cancel the move based upon the unreliability related to scheduling and my worry that BY ANY MEANS TRANSPORT would not efficiently follow through with the move. I asked for a refund of my deposit. His reply was sorry, no refunds in a lengthy response. Very disappointed and uncomfortable after an initial contact that was quite pleasant.

By any means, transport does not deserve any stars they were very unprofessional and their help was very inexperienced. They damaged some of my furniture. They did not know how to wrap and pack, and when I got to the apartment, they put anything anywhere they could find a space for I was trying to clean up a mess for over two weeks, his estimate was for $1100 and I actually ended up spending $1700. He estimated the move to take two hours to pack and four hours to move. It took way over two hours for wrapping. They weren’t done in the first day and it took almost a whole day eight hours to move me , the owner nasty not a very nice person and if I were anybody reading this review, I would take heed about hiring them for a move. They were very unqualified for this move. he did end up charging me for the extra hours that he used on moving day which according to me was not my fault he estimated four hours of move and it took double the amount. I don’t believe he is qualified to be running this business take heat everybody.

I would give them a 0 if I could. They kept on changing times for the moving. They took me for over 1200 and did not do the whole move. They wanted to reschedule, however it would cost 150 per person. They brought no blankets or dollies. Came in a u haul truck which does not matter. I feel like I have been taken advantage of. What happened to helping your fellow man. I support black businesses, however job was not done. I am 57 years old and would moved myself, but I am too old to fo it. Been stuck in bed since Saturday night with pain. I am very sad and hurt on this.

These guys were fast, organized, courteous and very careful packing and unloading our items. It was a fantastic overall experience!!
