"[Member Name Removed], if you read the email it clearly states that I would be Calling you the next day to drop off your boxes. You called me and booked me the previous day on Thursday so I had other clients and customers who booked me for the next day Friday and others boxes who needed to be delivered to them. You assumed I was Coming when I stated I’d be calling to schedule a time to drop off your boxes. I can’t control what you think I can only do my end of the interaction and clearly communicate my plans as I did. I did try to rush and accommodate your request for the boxes to be dropped off ASAP despite my schedule and yours being filled. I suggested to come by at 6am which you weren’t supposed to because of your conditions and that you would be awake. My morning canceled due to my customer catching a flat tire and not being able to meet me. I then called you to which I got no answer and told you I would like to allow you to continue sleeping and I’d call you another time to schedule a better time. This was a span of 2 days after you booked and rushed me to drop off your boxes. I have NEVER missed a job. And I’d never put anyone else’s concerns over my customers even if it was another customer because every single one of my customers Book their jobs and times specifically for the dates that they move on. I can’t push their move aside because you wanted the boxes in your home the next day. I did suggest you pick them up to expidite your need for them. You declined. Further more. We are not a Box and moving supplies company. We supply these items as a courtesy for FREE for our customers because at By Any Means we understand what we do and that packing can get pretty expensive. We are a moving company. The Dates and times were booked for are our Obligations and your fully entitled to that time. Any other time will be consulted. Thank You and I apologize for your negative experience with us! "I apologize for your experience with us. I am looking into hiring new employees to make it all easier for everyone. If you have any suggestions please feel free to contact us. However your new apartment was organized the way your daughter informed us to. Also you moved a two bedroom apartment plus a storage unit of items and boxes into a smaller 2 bedroom therefore it will be a lot more items if yours and less space. If you need any help unpacking I’d be more than willing to help you with that! Every move is unique and sometimes it may take longer than estimated especywhen a storage unit is added to the move. "Everything we brought was boxed or Bagged so the pictures you submitted doesn’t show any details of what mistakes we made. I do apologize for the bill being so high but you failed to mention the Extra Storage unit full of Furniture that you had. I charge 150 per hour not per person so that’s what made your bill increase. I’m not in business to take advantage of people I’m here to help people. If there’s anything you need help with in the future don’t hesitate to contact me! Thank You for working with us."
