They were in our neighborhood and I saw them on Angie's List. They were highly recommended so we decided to use them. They did a nice job and cleaned up well.

I received great service from Birchcrest Tree and Landscape. After the tree was removed, I compared prices and found they were very expensive. Overall it was worth the money and had no problems at all. The clean-up was very efficient.

They did a nice job of getting all of the dead wood off the trees. I also really liked their clean up work as they made sure they cleaned up all of the dead wood and branches. They didn't even kill the grass when they parked their heavy equipment on it as they were real careful about that. The trees look nice and I am happy with their work. They got the job done the same day.

We requested an estimate for tree work from Birchcrest. It took them four months and three follow-up phone call to dispatch an employee. His estimate was substantially more expensive than that of three competitors, and he misidentified four of the six trees listed on his report. This did not inspire confidence, and we hired someone else. Would not recommend this company.

A crew of two showed up one afternoon and worked on a group of four trees. Two days later, the same pair with a additional clean-up member completed the job in a full days work. Any time that heavy equipment needed to be moved onto the yard, heavy mats were used to cover/protect the grass (and did a good job of preventing damage). I was impressed with the amount of physical exertion and dexterity that was required to climb, dangle, and use chain saws. This is definitely not a job for an amateur. All of the crew participated in the chipping and clean up. I also raked after the job. I understand that no one will clean up as well as the homeowner. Per my request, a load of chips was left for my use. Note that an industrial strength shredder leaves some pretty big chunks and lots a smaller branches. I did remove these before use and would have run them through my own shredder if the pile hadn't been so large.

The estimator and workers were very courteous and efficient. The estimator promised work within 7 days of signing the contract and they came through. That was important to us, since we are building a garage and needed the trees removed from over it. The workers were very accurate in their removal, felling both in segments and avoiding any contact with buildings, fences, and landscaping. They did all the work without the truck, coming in by hand since the backyard is small and the trees right against the fence. Price above does not include tax.

Birchcrest Tree & Landscape is a family owned business. They give personal care, are pleasant, nice, helpful, easy to get a hold of someone.

Birchcrest did exceptional work. They cleaned up and hauled the waste away. The only problem was that it took two months to get them here. They would not commit to when they would come and then one day just showed up. It was inconvenient, but great work.

Birchcrest Tree & Landscape did a spectacular job. They were very good about considering my opinion. I appreciated that. Also, they cleaned up very well. We don't have any sawdust or branches left in our yard.

We have recommended Birchcrest Tree & Landscape's services to neighbors, and so far they have gotten two more jobs due to our recommendations. They have a good quality design at a fair price. They would do anything to help you like make suggestions.

I would highly recommend Birchcrest Tree & Landscape. The sales staff were very knowledgeable. He gave me advice on a lot of stuff in my yard, even if it had nothing to do with their project. They all cleaned up after themselves and left our lawn looking clean.
