I ve waited 3 months to rate for more events other than install which was done professionally, great staff, no shortcuts on materials or install! Service call made to check monthly test routine issue- next day service, issue resolved. Agreement to wait til warmer weather to bury power/gas line. Schedule call made by Anderson, team arrived, spent necessary time and effort for professional excavation, re-routing lines, bury and re-feeding thru exterior wall to power panel. Only one power loss since install, generator powered up as advertised and as quiet as I hoped. First class team!

Other than getting mud on my yellow wall , they went about their business in a professional manner .

Install folks were not just good...they were great!! Explained everything, and more, to my wife and I, finished on time, explained what we had to do with the new generator, how Anderson's will assist us with service if needed. Generally, they were the type of service technicians that you always want to show up for a service call.

The workers were courteous and informative. Every question asked was answered. Our clean floors took a beating, but the workers were outside and into our basement.

Installed switch and new gas service in tree hours. Quicker than expected. Due to the trucker issues around the virus, the generator will be installed I about two weeks. Expect the install to be as professionally done as the rough in was.

This company is very professional! I recieved two confirmation calls about my appointment prior to them arriving. When the Technician arrived here he setup quickly and started work right away. The Technician answered any questions I had along the way and made sure that I was okay with the progress throughout the installation. After the install was complete the Technician did an excellent job cleaning up and we reviewed everything that was done prior to him leaving. I was very satisfied with the work and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest company to install a water filtration system or a hot water heater in your home.

The installation went great and fairly quickly

They were prompt and courteous. Installed the whole house generator and transfer switch in about 5 hours. Wiring and gas lines are neat and professional in appearance, and passed inspection on the first time. It was truly a pleasure to do business with them.

The technician Mike was very professional and thorough, he explained what he was going to do as well as explained everything he completed when he was done. 5 stars My experience with customer service in scheduling the appointment as well as confirming it was not as great. Kathy is whom I spoke with, she was very snotty to me each of the three times I spoke with her. I asked her to use my cell phone for any communication and she continued to use my home phone number. If she is the first experience with your company that is unfortunate.
