Description of Work: New roof with tear off. Gutters & some trim. They do not sub contract. Work went smoothly. Clean up was very good. Gutter guy did a very nice job. Warranty was by far the best. One issue after the work was completed was quickly addressed. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I was very unhappy with the whole experience. The crew and contact people were very rude once the project started. The final cost was higher than what was estimated. I would never use them for any project in the future.

 + -1 moreAmerican Custom Exteriors was rude. I had 32 leaks after the roof was put on. They did damage to other parts of the home, including siding which they replaced with a different color. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I highly recommend that no one hire this company.
