Randy from Airquip took the time to show us that where the dryer vent was going out was not the proper placement, so he spent all day building a new vent going around the basement to empty out in a better spot. He even fixed a leak we had in our air vents and told us about a problem we had with the humidifier in the furnace that didn't need to be fixed now, but later when it gets closer to winter. He also took the time to bolt down our gas pipe in the basement that could have easily been knocked and leaked. Randy was very professional, very smart and we will call him back for sure when we need more work done.

A few weeks ago Airquip replaced our heating system and we new from personal experience that they were trustworthy and professional. So, when we found a big pool of water around our 20 year old hot water heater, we new just who to call. I called at 8:15 AM, they were at my house before noon ready to install. Tim, who has been here before, is so friendly, professional, and hard working. He installed the new hot water heater, replacing many pipes too at no extra cost. He also connected our new dryer to the gas line and ran new sheet metal duct work to a new outside vent (at our request). His workmanship is excellent. I am thrilled with the quality of the work and so grateful for their responsiveness. I would most definitely recommend their work to anyone.

Wow! We had estimates from 4 companies, all of whom were well rated on Angies List. Airquip was the best on price by a long shot. Another company quoted me for the exact same unit $1500 more. In addition the communication, professionalism and quality of workmanship was exceptional! We have never been more pleased with a contractor. From the start, the owner, came to our home to talk with us and match us to the right system. I requested a Manual J analysis of our home (a bit time consuming - but consumer reports suggested it) and he did it without any problem. He was helpful and professional. The communication to set up the install day was well done. The day they came, they worked hard and did a real nice job installing our new heating system. They were friendly and left my house clean after there work. I actually had a small problem with it after install - turned out to be one bad wire, they came that night - 20 minutes after I called. Replaced all wires and fixed my system with a smile. We could not be happier. We got honest value, hard work, and a quality product. I would not hesitate to contact them again. I am glad to know they stand behind my product for 10 years with the parts and labor warranty. I sleep easy in my nice warm house thanks to Airquip.

I was initially impressed with Airquip, because when the president came out to give me the estimate he came out he drove one of the regular company vehicles. All of the companies that came out to give me estimates came out with business suits, wearing gold chains and driving Buicks. He gave me the best price of the lot and they ended up doing wonderful work. I like that he gave me a very clear estimation of what he was going to do and he carried through with it. The crew was very attentive. I have since signed up for a maintenance contract with them.

I consider AirQuip to be an excellent product and service supplier. I have and will recommend them to others, The same one or two service persons provide inspection, assessment, adjustment, service twice annually (separate heating and ac visits). Five years ago two forced air gas fired furnaces and one air conditioning compressor-evaporator unit needed to be replaced. My objectives were to reduce total heating and air conditioning costs, to replace two units with a single unit, and to cool the whole house. I first researched brand names, technical positions, and manufacturers. I selected Trane equipment and researched local suppliers on the Trane website. I sought proposals from AirQuip suppliers and other well known suppliers of similar equipment in this area including my previous supplier. The AirQuip owner personally visited the home, proposed how to replace the two with one, primarily an air handling ducting issue, and submitted a proposal that provided a top quality, high efficiency, environmentally sound, and properly sized solution. Contacting several references confirmed quality performance. I was confident in my choice. I have been very comfortable with all the AirQuip personnel who have been in my home.

Everything went well with them. They were very punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves very well. Overall I am completely satisfied with the work that they did, and I would use them again in the future.

Sales rep provided thorough quote and explained everything to us very well. Did a site visit in advance to make sure there were no additional issues. Arrived on time on the day specified, and even finished early. Were neat, friendly, and kept to task.

Energy Wise Heating & Cooling came right out to get it clean for me. They did great work, they even replaced a part for me at no charge to make sure it didn t break down. They are just great people.
