Access Home Elevators

There was a problem on one of the chairs. We had to buy a part of the chair for $20 but they did not charge for me the service, just the part. They are very responsive and professional. I am very satisfied with them.

I must first say I did not purchase my unit from this company 4 years ago and am very sorry I didn't.
I needed a washer and dryer delivered and taken down into my basement. There was not enough room to get the appliances down the stairs. I then called the company that I originally purchased from and was given a quote that was ridicules. The gentleman was very short and I felt a bit on the rude side.  I called Access Lift on Mt Read Blvd and spoke to
Kevin, the gentleman in installation and explained my situation. He was very accommodating and told me as soon as I knew my delivery date and time to call him, so we could coordinate a time close to my delivery date so I would not be without a unit for to long. Alex the technician was very very nice and worked very quickly. He had no issues getting everything taken out. He explained what he was doing as I was trying to understand how the unit worked. I was also fortunate that he came back to reinstalled.  Time  30 min to remove and just about the same time to put it back. The cost came in 1/4 of what the first person quoted me and minimal hassle from what first person was describing  it to be.
I have already referred one friend to Access Lifts to a friend, and will continue to do so.

They called to reminded me it was time for the check. Made an appointment for a week later. Gave me a time and was there on time. Have always been on time and stayed as long as I needed to get me to use my lift.

Installation was done in half a day and when complete they provided complete information on operation and had me try the lift. Answered all questions and cleaned up everything before they left.

The installer we had was excellent. He explained all that he was going to do. It was done thoroughly, he cleaned up, was very polite and then had my husband try the chair out by giving a very thorough instructions.

I have been a client for 12 years. At that time I had a chair lift installed for my stairs going to the second floor for my parents who had moved in with me. The company comes every 6 months to do maintenance Every individual who has come into my home have been polite and professional. Now I have a problem with my knee. Going to the basement to do wash etc. increased my pain. So I installed the second chair lift.

Sales rep was knowledgeable and not pushy. Installer were personable and very professional. All questions and concerns were addressed. I am very pleased.

When I went to the Access show room, they were very helpful. The man that installed it was professional.

They were great! One of the original specs we had chosen was longer manufactured by the time we got around to the installation. Access was very apologetic, and they upgraded us to a nicer model for no additional charge. They were responsive to any issues, and provided a great service all around.
