Description of Work: I contacted the company twice for different projects. The first time they never responded to my inquiries. The second time they returned my phone call about 4 days later. I called them again to set up an estimate visit in my house and they never responded . Will never try them again.

Description of Work: An appointment was set up for a roofing estimate. Owner called 20 minutes after the appointment time to let me know that he would not be able to make it. He forgot to bring his planner with him the day before to get my phone number to let me know that he would not be able to come at the scheduled time. I took time off from work to be home for the appointment. The owner rescheduled another appointment for the same day at 6pm. I agreed to this appointment. I left to go to work. My husband was to be home for the 6pm appointment. The owner called and left a message on my answering machine to say that he would be coming earlier than the 6pm agreed upon appointment time. Both my husband and I were not home when the owner came between 5-5:30 pm. Owner left a card in the door. At this point, I do not want to reschedule another appointment as I don't feel that I can trust this individual to show up. My time is valuable and I don't want to waste it on someone who shows so little concern for a potential customer.
