I called them again to pump out the sewer. They were punctual, professional and reasonable. I have no hesitation in referring them to anyone and will definitely use them again in the near future.

He took a long time to clear the clog and he charged us only $49.95. Just one guy came out and he had to snake it down the drain and it took him a long time He did not speak much English but he was very polite. He cleaned up very well. It was a harder clog than he thought. If it was some other plumber they would have charged nearly $200 or more. Another plumber would have had more people coming and it would not have taken this much time. But for us it was definitely worth it as we were home while he was doing his work. He arrived at around 7.30, 8O’clock and was here till 10.30. As for professionalism he asked for a towel. He ended up using one of our towels. That seemed a little strange that he did not have enough of that stuff. I would use this company in the future.

It's a good company to work with. Scheduled appointment right away and also send me a message the day before they arrived. Solved the problem within 1 hour and so far so good. I'll use them again if needed.

We Contacted 49.95 Any Sewer Or Drain company 5 days ago. They promised to be here between 10 AM - 1 PM today. At 2:40 I called to ask where they were. Aldo said 'were running late'. I asked why they didn't call and Aldo said in a nasty tone "do you want us to come or not"? Their serviceman showed up at 4:30. He cleared the drain in 15 minutes and was gone by 5 PM. I've read other complaints on Angie's list of them showing up late. Clearing a drain is not complicated. There's no reason why a drain cleaning company should break a commitment, force you to wait an entire day for them without the courtesy of a phone call and then give you attitude about it. This was NOT an emergency call. They scheduled the call 5 days ago. You may pay a few bucks more, but there's a lot of alternatives. Sorry, 49.95 but you get a failing D- grade from me.

They promised to be here between 10 AM - 1 PM on 1-31-11. When they didn't show up by 2:38 PM, I called and spoke to "ALDO" who said "were a little backed up". When I asked why he didn't call us, he said, in a I couldn't care less attitude "sorry, do you want us to come or not"?. I guess you get what you pay for. Conclusion: Maybe you can get any drain cleaned for $49.95, if you have nothing better to do than sit at home and can wait for the rest of your life. Extremely unprofessional. Horrible experience. Will never call these folks again.

They arrived later than expected but that happens and wasn't an issue. My main line was clogged and both trap caps were stuck so the plumber had to break one of the caps so he could find out where the problem area was - which was in my main line under my house. He really had a hard time breaking off the cap and once got the snake through had to run it 6 times until he got the clog. Then he had to snake the opposite way to clear all of the junk that flowed out from my side to the sewer. Given the type of job this was, I found him to be professional and clean and would have gladly paid double. Other companies would have charged upwards of $400 to do the same job. I would definitely use them again if i had to!

Rep e-mailed me telling me they were unable to service residents of Staten Island, NY, at the time, when the service request was made. They were looking to expand into said territory in the future. Responses were prompt and professional. Would consider using them in the future.

I had a clogged up kitchen sink and drano didn't work. So I called up the company on a Saturday afternoon and a plumber was dispatched in approx. 2-3 hours. Upon inspection, the plumber determined that the drain had to be snaked. After the first pass, it was partially successful, so a second pass had to be snaked. After the second pass (approx. 30 feet of snaking), it was completely successful, and the drain iis completely unclogged. I've also asked if it was possible to replace a rubber/plastic washer for the (1) p-trap's clean out plug and (2) strainer and tail piece; but the plumber said that they don't have the parts. I would have paid extra for the additional service, but their services was only for drain clearing. On the whole, their service took almost an hour, and I was very happy for the fair price ($49.95+tax) and quick service. I should also add that the plumber was polite and cordial. If all you need is clearing a drain, then this company "is" for you! If you need additional plumbing services unrelated to drain cleaning and unclogging, then this company is NOT for you.

They will not do any work until you sign a completely unintelligible disclaimer that starts with "Know all men by these paresents, that I ... residing at ... in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, lawfulf money of the Unites States to me in hand paid by $49,94 SEWER OR DRAIN INC, and of other valuable considerations, the receipt whereof....' You get the idea. I asked the guy what it meant and he said I had to sign it or he could not do any work. When I asked again, he picked up his tools and was ready to leave. Since the work needed to be done and he assured me that he was not going to charge me more than 56.14 (49.95 plus tax) I signed. He worked for aobut half an hour. The drain was better but not completely unclogged. He made some excuses about the drain not having a trap and when I asked him to check the basement he refused. He said I needed to call "a plumber". Considering the awful disclaimer, and the general shady feeling of the operation, I paid him with a check (there is no way that I was going to give them my credit card number) and was glad to see them go. Basically, buyer beware. I won't be calling them again.

The service was top rate. The plumber snaked two toliets, but was only able to clear one that way. He removed the toliet very carefully so as to create as little mess and disruption as possible. He was able to extract the foreign object (a roll of dental floss - don't ask) and reattached the toliet. He explained the price throughout the process and was super courtious. The only flaw in the service was promptness, though the work was so well done and at a decent price that we would definitely use again.

A $49.95 ANY SEWER OR DRAIN came a little later than expected, but provided the represented service at the advertised price. We have not had any recurrence in 6 weeks. We were quite satisfied.

Called when I got home from work, approx. 6PM. Was told that someone would be at my apt. w/in an hour, which they were. Serviceman came up, took a look at the sink, went back to get the snake, snaked out the drain pipe and was done in about 15 minutes. I live in an apt. and don't have a lot of experience w/plumbers and prefer not to deal w/the property's maintenance staff. I belief they would've charged me the same $50 to snake the drain and my experience would've been less pleasant. Company did what needed to be done, at what I believe was a reasonable price. He even attempted to clean up after himself, which was more than most contractors would do. I finished up, but it wasn't as bad as it could've been

They were very honest. They came later in the evening to fix my drains. They replaced many pipes. They needed parts so they got them and finished the job. It took four hours for the job.

After arriving, work was done quickly and professionally.

One drain was clogged again after a couple of days. Called them back since they had 30 guarantee. Called on a Friday was told they would come on Friday. Did not show up. Called on Saturday, said they would show up, but didnt again. Called on Sunday, said they would show and they didnt. Finally on Monday the showed up.

Although they were a no-show on the first appointment, we rescheduled and the job he did was excellent and very reasonably priced. He knew immediately that the slow draining shower was a separate problem from the washing machine problem. While he was there, I asked him to snake the main (which hadn't been done in over 10 years). He charged $49.95 to disconnect the washing machine hose, clear the slop sink drain, reattach all. He charged another $49.95 to clear the shower drain. He charged $100 to snake the main. For less than $200, all my plumbing problems were fixed in less than an hour. He was courteous. He was knowledgable. He didn't leave a mess when he was done.

Last night one of my tenants called to say there was water in the basement. When I got there I saw that there was 3-4 inches of water covering much of the basement and it was apparent that the sewer had backed up. I called the $49.95 drain clearing company, I was a bit skeptical but what the heck, it was 50 bucks. They arrived about an hour after I called and cleared the drain for the agreed $50. While the guy was there I had him snake out another drain as a preventive measure for another $50. He offered up a 10% discount coupon since I got the other drain done. They also will now do both drains yearly as a preventive measure for $50 total and will come back to clear any blockages for 3 months at no charge. I've used others before but they were less professional and more expensive than these guys. I'm impressed with the service they offer.

The reason why I started to use them is because I had seen their truck around town so I went to Angie's List and saw their great reviews. When they say they only charge $49 per drain, they charge just that. I had received another estimate on getting our drain cleaned and they wanted to charge me at least two to three hundred dollars to this where this company only charged me $49. They did an excellent job and I have since referred them to my sister and she is now using them as well.

They did a pretty good job on my drains. They were able to get it unclogged at the time, however, I am now starting to experience the same problem again. I do think that they are a good company but I do not think I would hire them for any major project, only small minor clogs.

At first the young lady answering the phone did not seem interested. She told me someone would arrive shortly. When I called a second time I was given an appointment for the next day. I was given the name of the serviceman and told that he would call me before he arrived. The appointment was for 10 am. Serviceman did not arrive until 3 pm. Aside from that everything else was fine. The serviceman quickly took care of the problem. He asked to go to the basement where he cleaned out the main line. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. He had a bucket to catch the water. He did clean up the obvious mess. Days later I noticed some of the dirty drain water ran down the back of my washing machine but that was my fault. Had he warned me that it could be messy I should have put down drop cloths to protect the washing machine and the floor. I just had to mop the floor and wipe down the washing machine. Overall it was very good service.

I woke to sludge in the basement sink (along with a flood on the floor). They came in the evening (over an hour later than I'd expected), but stayed until the job was done. Peter worked hard and managed to remove many roots. Now the sink works better than it has in a while.

I explained, as best I could, that I needed 2 gutter drain pipes, one of which was 8-10 feet above ground to be snaked. They said no problem. At our first appointment, they did not show up. I called 45 minutes after the agreed time, and they said they had one of their vehicles stuck. We made appointment for another day. The man showed up and said he was looking for a ''Pea Trap'' for the pipe to clean. I don't even know what that is. I offered a ladder to go up and clean the pipe, and he refused to do the work, saying he would not climb a ladder.
